Great experience with RG Motors. We purchased a Ford from them and the service was excellent. I can't really fault them, to be honest. They were brilliant. We'd had a car crash, and our previous car was written off, so they were really accommodating. When we first got into the Ford, there was a funny sound, so I rang them straight away. They told us not to worry and said they'd take the car back. They were great about it. In fact, we're going back to them for our second car because of the service we received. They were brilliant, and I really can't fault them.

My experience with RG Motors was really good. I bought a Volkswagen Polo for my son, who's currently learning to drive. He hasn't driven it much yet, as he's only had a few lessons, but the car seems okay and so far, so good. The salesman who we dealt with was really friendly, and I didn't feel intimidated at all. I actually dealt with two different people there, and they were both really nice. They both seemed to know their stuff and were really accommodating, which was good.

I was very impressed with the dealership when I bought the Ford C-Max back in September. I was mainly speaking with Paul. I was very impressed with them, particularly the good service and backup they've provided. I'd definitely recommend RG Motors to others. I've been pleased with how things have been handled, and the service and support from the dealership have been good.

Everything was absolutely fine whilst at RG Motors back in September buying my new Ford Focus. They couldn't have been more helpful.

I'd give RG five stars. I did have a few problems initially with the Nissan Qashqai, but they got it all sorted for me in the end, and not only were they helpful in rectifying the issues, but also helpful when I was buying the car at the dealership
