Positive experience at RG Motors, I had no issues it was all pleasant, quick and easy. The staff were good, the car I went for was cleaned before I took it and I can't think of anything to criticize. 5 stars from me.

The car is for my foster daughter, I found this one for her online and we went together to view it in person, We went in on a Saturday and we felt they were a little short staffed and the young lad working was over stretched, however he did a good job and when we came to pick it up in the week it wasn't as busy and more staff, everything was done in regards to paperwork and car being valeted. It was a really easy process and it was almost perfect. She is really pleased with the vehicle and it was an enjoyable experience for the both of us.

There was no pressure on the sale. I went to a few dealerships before coming here, and I just did not find the staff to be as helpful and attentive as they are at RG Motors. They did not rush me, any questions I had were answered, and I felt like a valued customer. The dealership was clean, and I looked at a few different vehicles. They were all clean inside and out. Before I left with the one I chose, they cleaned it again it was honestly, showroom standard. I did take the car for a test drive but only got about ten minutes, as they had only put in ten minutes’ worth of petrol. I did feel this could have been a little longer. However, I cannot complain, and if I am ever looking again in the future, I would come back here. There are options for everyone, with many different types of vehicles.

Really pleased with my car. I am really enjoying it and it is a great drive. I live locally to the dealership so I thought I would go in and have a look around. From the start, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They were all very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. The whole process was smooth, with a really quick turnaround. The car itself was spotless and looked like new. Honestly, I could not be more pleased with my experience here. I would definitely return in the future if I am looking again.

I went to view a vaxuhall astra when I got to the garage the salesman give me the keys to the car I had a good look at the car and I decided to buy the car but I had to test drive it first .the test drive went ok when I got back the salesman sorted the paper work out I signed it told him I pick the car up next day buying a car from rg motors was very good the sales man was very good the car dealership was nice and clean and tidy the cars were all parked up in rows so you can walk round them to view them all in all good experience would buy from them again
