They dont even deserve a start richard is the biggest liar con artist there is , brought a car withing 2 weeks engine lights took it back to them gave benifit of doubt and they have just erased the error light I took it back 2nd time after waiting 4 weeks for them to arrange to book me in they just top up with adblue I was promised a full refund and then the deney everything , they are vile they should be closed down they have no customer service or anything when you call them they put the phone down on you and refuse to help , we will see who has last laugh under consumers right act as finance company already said within 1st 6 months they are fully liable as I have gave them multiple chances to fix the issue and they failed to
Richlee delivered my new car straight to my doorstep after there was a minor delay with the finance side of things. They even gave me a bottle of wine and some flowers as an apology which was an unexpected but lovely gesture. It was my first time seeing the car and it was exactly as described. The whole process was very easy and everyone was very responsive throughout. Would highly recommend!

Purchased a BMW M2 from the guys here. Lewis, Lee and Erin gave amazing customer service from the start. Only went to have a look at the car. Lewis was hot on coming out to greet us, got us the key to look around the car and even offered a test drive, really could not fault the service from Richlee motors. Very highly recommend. All members of staff greeted us with a smile. We were offered drinks, Very welcoming and didn’t even consider any other garage after viewing the car. Amazing service from viewing to signing the papers and collecting.
I have bought several cars over the years from Richlee motors Almost 3 months into my latest purchase from them I unfortunately encountered a problem with my car I contacted Jane in the service department and she arranged for my car to be repaired My car was repaired without hesitation and at no cost to me this is one of the reasons to buy a car from Richlee Shane who sold me the car in the first place was extremely helpful but if a problem occurs Richlee motors are second to none I will never buy a used car anywhere else

I bought a Mercedes E350 Convertible from Richlee, at the end of February 28 miles into owning the car I had a red warning come up on the dash telling there was a power steering fault. I pulled over and called them and they left me on the side of the M25 for 3 hours and a further 3 hours at South Mimms services waiting for the AA. The AA arrived and plugged into the car and I was told the steering rack needed replacement but he would be able to turn off the fault so I could get home. I received a call from Mr Shayler, the owner on the Saturday morning and he advised me to call them when the warning light came back on. Low and behold 2 weeks later it did so they had it back and I was led to believe it was a software updated and I also alerted them to the state of the suspension when driving but was fobbed off due to having 19” alloys. The car came back and 2 weeks later the fault came back and the car was taken away again this time they replaced the steering rack and again was told about the suspension issues yet again fell on deaf ears a month later I got the car back with no fuel and the steering rack done but still suspension issues. A few more weeks later the engine management light came one and was told by the AA was the NOX sensor to which Richlee disagreed and topped up the AdBlue again the suspension was mentioned and again I was told nothing wrong with it and got the car back. A few days ago the same engine warning light came on again the NOX sensor as I my finance company paid for an independent inspection I told the inspector of the suspension issues and agreed with me. Today Richlee have washed their hands of my car so now I’m having cover the costs myself. What a lovely garage!! Supposed to have carried out 150 point check before I collected the car…..yeah right!! They also sent me a loan once that had bald tyres and no oil in the engine!! Am I a happy customer I was but now far from it I have a car that was supplied to me with a fault that they knew about and that they brushed under the carpet and now I’ve got to get it repaired myself less than 6 months of owning the car!! I would recommend these people to no one and if you do buy a car from them I’d recommend an independent inspection on it before handing over your hard earned cash like I did.

Where to start! I’m giving this company one star as we had a good sale experience and liaised with Jane and Andy regarding an ongoing issue and they were very professional. The problem started when we had to contact the owner Richard! We purchased a car that had a light on the dash but were promised it would be sorted the following week but they could not get an appointment at Fait until then. Graciously my husband took the car to Fiat on their behalf but it could not be fixed. After a week or so it was determined the light was not a simple task and would require a new part costing approximately £5000. At this point things turned sour. We waited 5 weeks for a decision. We asked on several occasions for Richard, the owner, to return our call which he did not. The other staffs hands were tied so we decided to just go down there on the off chance one Saturday and sure enough Richard was there sitting at reception. He greeted us with a massive smile and outreached hand and commented how he was just talking about us! Both my husband and I hesitated and said, tongue in cheek, maybe we should shake hands after the deal LOL. At this Richard said we were the rudest customers he had ever met and was going home! Of course we followed him through the forecourt. I tapped him gently on the shoulder asking if we could resolve the situation and he fronted up to me telling me to get my hands off of him then he proceeded to take my husband into a locked room and told him he was the rudest ‘see you next Tuesday’ he had ever come across. At this, my husband laughed, but Richard had us over a barrel as we still needed him to resolve our issue so we remained calm. We eventually went to the service room with other staff around where we came to an agreement that he would either fix the car or give a full refund. The car could not be fixed and although he didn’t call us directly my husband went down and after making him wait an hour they did issue the refund. Beware if you need aftercare and Richard has to make the final decision. We have never met a ruder, more unprofessional, business owner in our lives.

I I brought the Mercedes-Benz six months ago I have now come to sell it missed call has not got a full service at all it's missing 2014 and 2023 and Mercedes offered to buy off me they have now seen my service history and I don't want him I paid 20,000 pound for this car it wasn't worth it I spoke to the salesman and he said he didn't say that but I know he did not very happy if I knew it didn't have full serves history why would a pay 20,000 pound out for a car he saying I looked at the paperwork on didn't when I seen the the nice red cars in the showroom I thought these are trustworthy not

Recently had nothing but bad experience with this company. We went there and found a car. RESERVED it made the finance application which was ACCEPTED but they decided to sell the car to someone else while it was meant to be RESERVED. Before I found this out I had called them DAILY for updates and on several occasions was told some will call me back, even PROMISED to call me back but it never happened. One person in particular was pretty rude on the phone. Absolute joke of a garage. I won’t be using them EVER again

When to Richlee motor company to look for a car for my granddaughter in Rayleigh was met by Paul Johnson who was very helpful show us the car I was interested in he did not put any pressure on us to buy was very pleased with the car and the company because it was a surprise Christmas present they give us pink bow ribbons to put on the car and as it was my wife's birthday they give her a bottle of bubbly five stars

The AA had to get me to Richlee's on Tuesday as my Mini Cooper had a broken front road spring. The lady on reception explained that, due to a covid outbreak, it may take 2 - 3 weeks for them to fix it. OK, I'm a recycled teenager (OAP) and my elderly mother (92) relies on me to get her around but I reckoned we could manage with cabs for a couple of weeks as there were no courtesy cars available. I explained this to the lady who saw the car in and asked could they please do their best for me. On Thursday, to my astonishment, a lovely man named Tom rung me to say that the parts had come in really quickly and he'd got into work early to do the repair. I cannot praise Tom and Richlee enough for their helpful, professional service. I have bought cars from them and had all repairs and servicing done by them over a number of years and they have never let me down and I don't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Once again, Thank you Tom - you're my hero ;)
