Do your homework on these before you buy. Look up edge cars, birchgrove motors, bbc x-ray etc We were taken for £700 worth of repairs needed to the car we bought but others have ended being much worse off. Empty promises, useless warrantees and bounced cheques. My worst car buying experience ever.

I just wanted to say that I have recently just brought my wife a brand new Audi A3 S line from Right Cars Online. We both love this car ! The dealership was great and I ended up with an awesome deal and vehicle ! I would recommend this car dealership for anyone looking to purchase a car as they are very helpful, convenient, lovely and generous. While I was there I had met a variety of loving staff as they greeted and treated me with respect.

I was looking online and I found a VW PASSAT ESTATE advertised in Newport I visited the garage Right Cars when I got there I seen a few other estates I liked the salesman took me on a test drive in both cars it was a hard choice but I choose the Audi a^ and bought it following on 3 months later I visited right cars again I've now part exchanged my Audi a6 for a 3 year old VW passat I was given a good price for my old car I must say I was given a great service from the garage and have since introduced a few friends which have bought cars. It's nice to go to a garage that's takes pride and interest with customers.

After reading the reviews I was about sceptical to travel 140 miles to Right Cars Online. When I got there how wrong could I've been the staff were friendly and courteous. The car was superb just as described, have recommended them to family and friends.

An absolute pleasure to deal with from first visit to collection of my new VW Golf. I received a new MOT and a service along with a good splash of fuel. I had one small issue after a week - the passenger window stopped working but one of the guys came to my house after work and fitted a new switch for me - great service from Right Cars Online I would. I had a previous deal with right cars online in the past and it all went smoothly. I did have a fault with the car the alternator had failed but that was 2 months later i called the company spoke to Gavin who was more than happy to assist. The car was recovered to the garage where it was booked into and it was back on the road within a few hours. The garage recommended a new battery was also fitted in which right cars online authorised and took the complete bill for the work carried out. I recently needed a car for my daughter and seen a Vw Polo on the Autotrader advert i called the next morning where once again i spoke to Gavin. I booked a appointment after work and i got caught in traffic but Gavin was happy to stay back and wait for me to arrive. Got there the car was lovely it was so well presented for a car which was 6 years old. Had a road test and it drove perfect my only concern was it only had 4 months MOT remaining... was not a problem Gavin put a fresh MOT on the car aswell as gave it a service. Bought a car from right cars online. Lots of things wrong with vehicle. £500 later and still going. Engine mountain snapped when purchased. Next thing to fix. Wish I had it AA checked before buying.
