Happy with how everything was handled overall and the service was generally very good. I suppose the only slight disappointment was having to pay to service the car just two weeks after purchase… I would’ve expected that to have been done before the sale really, hence my scoring of four stars not five.

This Mercedes CLA is my 4th car from Rightdrive and I’ve always been really happy with both the cars and the quality of their service. Out of all four, this is the only one I’ve had a slight issue with — one of the tyres kept losing air. We noticed it on my test-drive and the guys topped it up, but once I took the car away I had to keep refilling it, which wasn’t ideal as I travel a lot for work. It turned out to be a cracked sensor valve, which was easy enough to repair, but my one tiny criticism would be to check things like this over before selling the car.

Having bought a car from these guys about 6 years ago, the process was a million times easier and quicker this time around. Last time I was in the dealership for about 6 hours, whereas this time we sorted everything over WhatsApp. I reached out on Saturday morning and everything was ready for collection on the Monday which was brilliant! Any problems I’ve had they’ve sorted quickly, so I can’t knock the aftersales support. The only minor inconvenience was the MOT not being done prior to collection, so I’ve gone for a very good 4.5 out of 5.

Rightdrive really went above and beyond. Not only is the car perfect, but from start to finish I couldn't fault the support I received. No complaints whatsoever, so thanks from a happy customer 🙂

This experience in buying my Kia Sportage was more than I could have hoped for. The advisors were so knowledgeable and helpful and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new car. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue doing so. I'd happily go back to them for my next car.
