I needed a bigger car and Rightdrive happened to be really local to me. The car is lovely and everyone was really kind to me throughout my experience.

I am really happy with my overall experience at Rightdrive, I don't have a bad thing to say about them. Mark and Nina have been absolutely brilliant and are always on the other side of the phone anytime I have needed them. They have all treated me so well and been so patient. I would give it a four because I believe there is always some room for improvement.

A few friends recommended me to buy my car from Rightdrive so I went online and saw a few cars which caught my eye so I went and had a look. The customer service was spot on and the person who took me for my test drive was very friendly, professional and kind. If I could give it a ten I would!

This is the 2nd time I have used Rightdrive, they looked after me last time and they have looked after me again. An engine management light came up on the car the day after I brought it but this has been back to the dealership and since been fixed and everything is going alright now.

I saw Rightdrive on Facebook so had a look and saw they had good reviews. They prepared everything for me at short notice which I was pleased with. Everything is fine with my new BMW!

Everything was great from the customer service to the car itself. I am already considering returning to Rightdrive to purchase my next vehicle.
