Cannot thank Right drive enough. They have honestly been a lifesaver. I was having a browse for finance companies when you don’t have the best credit history, as I am in the process of building my credit history. Came across Right drive, gave them a call explaining the situation and within literally half an hour they had accepted me for finance. Went down 2 days later, and I ended up getting a different car to what I went down for. Matt was the bloke who helped me on the day. He showed me all the options, told me about them all and helped me choose the Volkswagen, and I don’t regret it at all. Honestly the best customer service out there. Top blokes. Will definitely return in the future.

After browsing alone, I found right drive, and from the pictures and description of the Nissan, everything seemed good. Headed down, and the car was exactly as the pictures, so decided to take it with me there and then. The process was quick, and there was no hassle. The team were great and did everything they needed to. So overall, I am really happy with how everything went when buying a car from them.

Purchased a Volvo from these guys and honestly, this is the dealership you wanna come down to if you’re on the hunt for a new car. Returned to them after about 15 years and don’t know why it took me so long honestly. Brought the car, then just out of caution, took it to a local garage to get it all checked out. They could not find anything wrong with it all per the inspection. The customer service and the dealing itself was just brilliant. The only thing I will say is wow, there is a lot of paperwork when buying a car. I almost lost the will to live. But jokes aside, I took it for a test drive, asked them everything I needed to, the salesman explained everything to me, and there were no problems at all. He was very helpful, so 4.5 stars from me. Would be 5, but god was that a lot of paperwork and forms.

Second time heading down to these guys. Purchased a car from them a few years ago, and they came into mind when I was searching for a new car. Everything was perfect, no problems with my new Nissan at all. I would definitely return for a third time. Everything was just really simple. The car was really clean when I picked it up, the paperwork was all ready for me, and easy to get through. Jordan was the one who saw to me, and honestly, he was amazing, and really great to us. I was looking for an SUV, as I had the juke already, but didn’t know what I wanted exactly. They gave me a few similar choices, and then Jordan spent his time explaining the pros and cons of each car for me to make my decision. Cannot even say there is anything they need to improve on honestly.

Honestly no complaints from me. Cannot fault these guys. The Ford is driving perfectly. Everything is absolutely grand and cannot complain at all about the customer service. Haven’t had much driving time in the car, but from what I can tell, it’s so smooth to drive. The team were really helpful, and attentive. These guys are great honestly. Loving my new Ford to begin with, but the experience for me was it. Never been down to Right drive before, but thought I’d have a look and see what they have to offer. Went down, and unfortunately there was a little hiccup where after the test drive, the finance team wanted to do a new MOT for me, just to make sure everything was good with the car. They realised that they needed to update all the software, so the car was up to date for me. But of course, with technology, things can take a while. Which meant I wasn’t able to take the car home on the day. So what they did instead was got the car delivered to me the next day, so that I didn’t have to make the trip again. They got one of the guys to drive it down, and on top of that they added even more fuel for me to use as a bonus. Absolute top men.
