Very happy with my sons first car I purchased from the team at Rise Motors Ltd. I travelled up from Birmingham and they made a real effort to pick me up from the station saving me a lot of cost. Mr Moneer and the team were extremely friendly, pleasant and sorted out and questions I had. The had a great variety of used cars in stock. Happy to recommend this business if you are in the market for a new car!

Great family business, of which value their customers. I purchased a BMW of which found on autotrader. From start to finish they provided fantastic customer service, advice and support. And most importantly was not pushy! Happy to answer any questions. Even gave me a cold refreshment. Customer service how it should be! The standard 3 month warranty provided is honoured. If you are worried about buying a car and parting with money, I honestly must say it is worth the purchase and there are no worries to be had - would highly recommend.

My friend bought a car from them but found out within 2 months it was dangerous to use and had been like that for many months before she bought it. They refused to accept the independent mechanic findings and asked for the car to be returned indefinitely so that they could do their own checks. As that was an impossible ask she requested a refund and they offered just 25% of the purchase price. These are unprofessional cowboys that put people’s lives at risk with their substandard vehicles.
