Great service from Rash and the team on the 11th September. I was after a particular model that they had, to replace mine that had recently been written off, and was travelling up to Blackburn after a meeting in Manchester to see the car. I'm based in Burton Upon Trent 2.5 hours away. Got a good look around the car, took it for a test drive, Rash answered all of my questions and took me through all of the accompanying paperwork. I got there about 4:40pm and Rishton Auto Car close at 6pm, Rash wasn't expecting me to want to take the car there and then but I didn't want a return trip all the way to Blackburn and back. I had an Enterprise courtesy car provided through my insurance, I wanted to return it to the local Enterprise dealer (2 miles away) and drive the new car home. Rash insisted on changing the oil, air filter etc and double check the car over before I took it (he'd normally do this before collection) and Rash and 2 of his team stayed on until 6:30pm to make sure this was done. He even offered to collect me from the Enterprise dealer (I had arranged a lift with Enterprise) and phoned while I was on the way back to Rishton to make sure I wasn't stranded. A nice touch and over and above, not just to offer the lift in the first place but then to double check I wasn't stranded, great service.

Got a car 2 weeks ago, for cars age the car is in mint condition, had one problem they fixed it eith it 24 hours, great staff sbd great customer service, highly recomed!
