I recently purchased a car from this garage I absolutely love the car and they took my old car as part exchange and were happy to arrange the deal really quickly so I wouldn't be left without a vehicle The staff were very friendly and not at all pushy giving us lots of time to look at the car and take it for a test drive on our own.

I recently bought a car from Preston Car Village and it was a real pleasure. As a woman, one gets used to the patronising attitude of most car salesmen but these two men were friendly and polite and a joy to deal with. I fully recommend this dealership and can only say how happy I am with my car.

Travelled all the way from Scotland and was assured beforehand that everything was fine with car. However on arrival they informed me that the vehicle had s faulty O2 sensor but that they would source one, send it to me and pay the bill for fitting. I'm still waiting. Three months. Cars not running properly and they are not getting back in touch. The place has glass doors and obviously saw me coming. Not amused at all.
