Had a look at a vw toureg paid for an AA vehicle inspection found faults with vehicle coolant leak seat belt didn't fasten every time properly an oil leak just put 12 month's mot on car terry said he fixed coolant leak said what about oil leak said he never saw oil leak i said I got report here you can have a look no problem asked for 300 pounds off price so I'd get it fixed said best thing have your deposit back so I lost 345 for the report I'm not bothered about that saved me a fortune with new water pump oil leak just please if u buy from here get a vehicle report done on any vehicle you buy shouldn't be selling dodgy motors do your homework

I purchased myself a Mercedes C350 from Risley Car Centre two years ago and I absolutely love this car to bits. I had only ever had sub £1,500 cars up until buying this car and I was ready for an upgrade. Spending almost £12k on a car for me was a huge deal. I had looked at other cars elsewhere and shortlisted a couple of options. But after visiting Risley Car Centre I would have felt guilty going elsewhere even if the car wasn't up to scratch. I called ahead to make sure the car I was viewing was still available and I arrived an hour later and was blown away by the car and the professionalism of Terry and Arron. After much deliberation (this was the 4th C350 I had looked at) I decided to buy. I only had one issue with the purchase and this was that I wasted my time looking at the other cars first. I am very fussy to the point that my OCD is bit of an issue that I have, so I had spent a lot of time looking elsewhere including two Mercedes-Benz main dealers that just wanted to sell sell sell and upgrade me, they might as well have said "Is that with Coke and fries?". Risley Car Centre, just let me look at the car in my own time after giving me the keys to do as I pleased (other than drive off of course). Only after about 10 minutes of me obsessively examining every inch of the car did someone ask me if I needed any help. Rather than the main dealers where they would not leave me on my own for more than 3-4 minutes. I have since called Terry for a bit of advice from time to time and he could not be more helpful. Anyway, I can't say enough about Risley Car Centre, Terry and Arron. Great place to buy from. My advice is give this place a whirl before you put money down anywhere else. Thanks guys. Richard
