M A M Automotive were very good. They have a very large range of bikes, the staff tend to specialise in certain manufacturers so they know their stuff, when this bike is due for an upgrade they will be my first port of call.

I will not be using MAM Automotive again, they made mistakes with the paperwork which I've had to rectify myself and they refused to take any responsibility for it, the warranty they provide isn't worth the paper it's printed on and the general sales practice was unprofessional.

If you want my honest opinion about MAM Automotive I would have to say that I personally found them to be a very unprofessional motorbike dealership. The bike had faults from day one so I took it back to get the wheel fixed, after that it was hopping so I called them again and they didn't want to know, told me to take it to a local garage so I did and that revealed a lot more problems, basically the bike should of been a write off and needed a new frame. Stuck with the bike on finance I tried to exchange it with MAM and they said it would cost me an extra £1000, then after this had been agreed and sorted the manager (who was a nightmare) tried to get more money out of me saying there was scratches on it that wasn't there before. I've learned my lesson and will go elsewhere next time.

MAM Automotive were very easy going. I went here a few months back and found the Kawasaki I liked and so went through with the purchase. The motorbike was ready when they said it would be, the whole transaction was very easy from start to finish. I would definitely look to go back when I upgrade that's for sure.

This dealership did a few things that impressed me. They MOT'd the bike for free and when i went to get it the bike was very clean, it had clearly been well valeted. They posted me out a second key and I didn't even have to ask. M A M Automotive get 5 stars from me 100%

I purchased a bike on finance from Rite Bike in Bradford. I paid a £100 deposit which would be returned once payment for the bike had been received. I am now having difficulty in getting the deposit back. Rite Bike are refusing to give me my money, coming up with all sorts of ridiculous excuses as to why I have not received it. They are not being at all helpful and at time are getting quite aggressive over the phone with me. Not impressed.
