Honestly everyone this is the one and only company to get a car from there service is second to none, cars are in top notch condition and the car will not leave the forecourt unless it’s perfect, the staff are the friendliest,most helpful and politest salesman’s I’ve ever spoken to, free delivery, car was mint and even when I had a key that started messing around I phoned them straight away and booked it into a key technician of my choice and they paid the bill instantly, no warranty through a 3 rod party it’s direct with them,will never ever get a car else where from now on!! Bought a vw touran from Riverside motors this weekend and i can honestly say its the best experience I have ever had from a motor dealer. Jamie. was fantastic the car is fantastic. Delivered to my door free of charge all the way to Burnley Lancashire. I did not view the car only on video and images. I was very sceptical of the condition it looked on film but i can honestly say the car was described 100% correct plus more. Delt with Sam mainly. Wow what can I say.... Honest and true to their word and a no pressure sale routine. Very helpful with requests and prompt replies even if mail was sent out of hours. Requested walk round video as distance to view was nt practically viable, very detailed information and video supplied. Travelled in excess of 150 miles to p/ex with them. After phone discussions and walk round footage of vehicles involved and emails a fair deal was struck and honoured. Sure I will be back. Great work and keep it up Riverside Autos.

I have recently purchased a Golf TDI Bluemotion from Riverside Autos and the service was absolutely first class! I was so impressed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone, I dealt with Craig, Sam and Mark and they were brilliant, the car I bought is slightly older but it left there in top showroom condition and looks and drives like a brand new car thanks to them.
