Went threw all deal. Paid for number plates etc. When turned up said mine wasnt good enough for part ex. Even though they had looked at it three times. Complete waste of time and money. Do not go here

I can honestly say that the customer service I received from Lee, Richard and the rest of the team at Riverside was of the highest standard. I only rang to enquire about a Toyota Yaris and ended up buying the car. I was dealt with in a professional and helpful manner. Lee even arranged delivery of the car to my home address as I am only 18 years old and wasn’t able to travel to the garage to pick up the car. The car itself is exactly as was described and drives beautifully. I was also impressed with the team for taxing the car for 6 months and notifying DVLA of my purchase. I cannot recommend the garage and the team enough.

Been to collet my new car today from Riverside Cars Middlesbrough, Picked up Vauxhall’s Antara , The service from start to finish was outstanding, couldn’t do enough these lads went out of there way , Thanks again to Lee and his team.

Bought this pile of rubbish from riverside cars, day after I bought it went wrong took it back they had the car longer than me never got to the bottom of it, BOYCIE the sales man very rude and not very helpful telling me my car I traded in was a pile of pure shit, took him 3 weeks to cancel my existing finance !!! exchanged the car for another love the new one WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this garage, ( his brother is sound he should be the main salesman, helpful and pleasant to talk to)

I bought a car from Riverside car sales Middlesbrough,the salesman who dealt with me was very arrogant,he made you feel he was doing you a favour selling you one of his cars. However, I also dealt with another salesman who I found to be pleasant and very helpful. I will not be purchasing another car from Riverside Car Sales Middlesbrough to be treat with discontent,its their loss.

Very professional and was swift to iron out issues after sale of the car, would buy again from here.

Bought my tiguan, found that it required parts after the sale quick call and the team helped sort the issue, recommend this as a 5* dealer as they are a hassle free company!

I bought a 3 door bmw from Riverside Car Sales after 20 mins of driving hand brake light comes on, sorted it after taking it back managed to get myself to London an 2 weeks later the engine system management light comes on after Lee told me the car has been checked by our "mechanic" anyway got it to BMW for a service and disappointed is an understatement phoned this Lee guy and the rudeness I got on the phone... i wont recommend Riverside even if there was a rubbish collection company.
