Briefly bought bmw x 5 just tested before i pick it up got home with it 48 miles got up next day it on it arse had to put two new air bags and compress on it and two front springs on the front as they were snapped and two rear tyres cost me £1600 a week after getting it he paid £530 toward the bill in a nut shell he didn't want to no the car shunned have even pass a mot but he tests them so say no more iv put the car rite now wont be going there again and ill be tell people wot hes like very poor sale man i have also reported this to trading standards and vosa

I also bought an X5 from that place. It was a bag of hammers. cost a fortune to put right and the warranty I bought was not worth the paper it is written on. Snapped front spring, PDC not working after 2 days. Door Speakers not working. I wish I had taken a mechanic with me to check it over. I would have saved myself an awful lot of heartache.
I have to admit I do love my car but have to say the aftercare is very poor. Had a 3-month warranty cover, and as I expected the problem I told them about was not covered!!!! I would not recommend Riverside Car Sales and feel annoyed by the customer service.

I Bought an Audi A5 from Riverside Car Sales. The car was nice and clean and in very good condition and up to now I have have only had one issue which is common fault with the model of car. Riverside were really helpful and the car was a good price. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a 2010 Ford Smax from here back in March. From day one of purchase I have had nothing but problems with the car. All the problems are down to a faulty injector which they refuse to replace as they tell me it had new injectors fitted before I bought the car. I am still having the same problem with car and they are now putting it down to wear and tear on the vehicle even tho the problem was there from the day after I drove it home. Please please don't buy a car from here as the cars are not in good mechanical condition and there is no after sales service.
Excellent customer service and excellent cars, I would definitely go back. I have had my Insignia for a few months now and everything has been perfect. I would recommend.

I bought a great little Mini from Riverside Car Sales at the end of May. I can honestly say everything went perfectly, with used cars you can often have problems but my particular model had a low mileage and was well looked after. The salesman had a good approach to sales and made me feel relaxed. I enjoyed the experience and recommend others to give them a look.
