I had a great overall experience and would recommend them. There was a small hiccup with the address listed on their website, as it led us to their previous location, but we quickly found the correct site. The car we were interested in was a larger model, and the test drive route was a bit narrow and winding - something more open would have helped us get a better feel for the vehicle. That said, I'm happy with how everything went and appreciate the service we received.

Joseph was really flexible and helped us with everything. I enjoyed the test drive, but I would have wanted a longer drive to be honest to get a better feel for the van. There was a slight issue - there was a lower price on the vehicle sticker which was incorrect, it was a nasty surprise to find the price on the paperwork was 2k dearer. I would still recommend them and go back there for another van as it was a good experience overall.

The salesman Paul kept in touch with me, I had his number, any questions I had he would happily answer. It was a really quick process. I was looking for a Ranger and wasn't happy with the models in Scotland so I luckily found Roadstar online and bought from there. The only downside is that I was told it would have a fresh MOT but it didn't. I would buy from them again if needed.

Yes we had a good experience, but there was a couple of dents in the car which I wasn't informed about and which I didn't see because I bought it online. They could have maybe been a bit quicker, but there was no pressure from the sales guy Paul, and I would definitely go back if they have a car I'm interested in.

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger from Road star, as I live in Southampton a viewing/ test drive wasn't really viable so I contacted Paul and he ran me through my options. Although he wouldn't budge on price as mentioned in other reviews the buying process was straightforward and when I received the car I understood why, it was immaculate and beyond the description on Auto Trader. I am extremely happy with my new toy and would not hesitate to buy from Roadstar again, highly recommend.

Really happy with my Jeep, it's great mechanically and I'm happy with it. The team was really helpful, and the service was good. I still haven't got my V5 which I need to chase up and the spare key not working, but that’s not their fault, as I've not yet made them aware. Overall, a good sale.

My Ford Ranger from Roadstar Automobiles Limited has been good for the few trips I've been out in it. Don't get me wrong the vehicle isn't perfect, I've noticed a couple of scratches that weren't mentioned and a burn mark on the seats but it runs well. The salesman that sold me the vehicle, knocked £100 off to get some paint work done which was handy. 4 stars just because of the issues mentioned above but the lads were great and it wouldn't put me off getting a car from here in the future.

Second day of owning my Audi RS6 and it's got me in trouble already but the car is great. Paul was the gentleman that looked after me and he was super. I thought he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car.

Paul was great throughout the sale and to be honest, I didn't have to lift a finger as it was all done for me. It was an easy transaction. 4* Because I think there is always room for improvement but my RSQ8 is great and I have no complaints.
