We just arrived home with our brand new skoda fabia, we live 40 miles away, and feel we have to let you know how lovely it was to buy our 3rd new fabia. From the moment we walked in 10 days ago, the whole experience was great, helped in no smal way by the sales person, Tom Toft, Not only was he lovely and friendly, but also very knowable. I have just bought a Skoda Superb Estate from Robert Eardley and sons at Stoke I was very impressed by the service I received at the dealership,I was looked after by Dave Clarke,right through my visits,he was very helpful and answered all questions I asked to my satisfaction,He was really knowledgeable about the car and set things up clearly on the finance side,I also must praise Chris Young any contacts with him left me assured that things were going smoothly. The car is a great to drive,even though as yet I haven't discovered how to work every bit of useful technology this lovely car has to offer,that said I will be returning to see Dave in the near future to have my brain tweaked in that regard. I bought a Skoda Yeti from Robert Eardley just under 18 months ago. Last week I noticed that part of the door was rusting in the corner. The rust was causing the paintwork to blister. The paintwork was unbroken. My wife took the car to them this morning (24/4/18). She was told that the bodyshop man was only there on Wednesdays (so why wasn't she told this before driving 50 miles to Crewe and back). The person who saw my wife said that the paintwork was blistering because it had ben knocked and that she would have to pay for the repair. He said that there was a small break in the paintwork on the underneath of the door. He didn't bother to explain how my disabled wife was expected to have knocked the door on the underside - presumably when she was attempting to limbo under the door. It is obviously a bad paint job. He said that she could bring it in on a Wednesday for the paintshop man to look at it "when she was passing". Who in their right mind is ever "just passing" when they live 25 miles from Crewe? The fact is that the car is less than 18 months old and has travelled just over 6,000 miles. It is only used for shopping and short journeys - the paintwork should not be blistering, no matter how small the damage. One of the rubber seals is also damaged

I recently bought a Fabia Estate DSG and i went to Robert Eardleys in Crewe as i had heard such good reviews about them, I was not disappointed at all!, sales man was amazing no pressure from them at all and i got exactly what i wanted i even went out on a test drive in the car for nearly an 1 hour! Everything went very smoothly and they even sorted out transferring my private plates onto the vehicle for me!!..... i have bought many cars over the years but i have to say that Robert Eardley's are by far the best company i have dealt with. I will definitely be a returning customer!. Jackie H

My daughter and son in law recently went to Robert Eardley Crewe to buy their 3rd Skoda as they needed a bigger family sized car. The salesman told them the car they were interested in had one local owner. He said the log book wasn't available to view at that time. They bought the car and upon viewing the paperwork, discovered it had 2 previous owners, including a car rental company and had just failed it's 1st MOT. When they challenged the sales team they received no apology for the misinformation. They asked for the deal to be reversed and have their old car back. It took 8 weeks to complete the process. Often when they phoned to query the timescale no one was available and no one called back. Very frustrating and expensive insuring their old car and the new one that they wanted to return. So it appears when selling a second hand car it is acceptable Skoda to mislead customers to facilitate a sale and not even offer a single word of apology. Skoda Uk customer service have said they would feel angry in our position, but Robert Eardley are not even willing to apologise. I am also a repeat Skoda customer but this will be my last after my son in laws experience. 2 customers lost. Would not recommend trusting the sales staff at this garage.

Found a used car on the Robert Eardley website and visited the dealer and all the info was correct online. What a lovely well looked after little car with very low miles and full dealer service the previous owners had even has the dealer change light bulds and top up the screen wash. There was no pressure sales and all the sales people was friendly and helpful. We placed a deposit by telephone the next day and the transaction went through smoothly. We picked the car up that day and the salesman was even giving the windows a last minute polish as we turned up. The transaction and paperwork was all completed in a professional manner. After a quick demonstration of all the controls we drove away very happy. Will be visiting again when its time to find a new car.
