I have been looking for a Toyota Hilux for many months, to buy on behalf of my business partner and ship out to Zimbabwe. As I don't drive and know nothing about vehicles this was a daunting prospect. I enquired about many vehicles but discovered that dealers are generally only interested in a sale - not in taking any time to ensure the vehicle is suitable. Robin was totally different from the start. He pro-actively recommended a vehicle and patiently answered all my questions. He went above and beyond, crawling about in the snow to take photos of the undercarriage. For some reason I trusted Robin implicitly from the start and I was not proved wrong. I bought the vehicle unseen and my business partner in Zimbabwe (who knows a lot about vehicles and had high expectations) is delighted with it. To my delight, Robin also organised the shipping and all of the paperwork, making my life so much easier. One final point - the local haulier transporting the vehicle from Walvis Bay to Zimbabwe inadvertently dropped the vehicle at the wrong border post in Zimbabwe. The shipping company and clearing agent weren't particularly interested in sorting out the problem but Robin's reaction was faultless. Despite the fact that the sale had long since been made, he took personal charge of the situation. We all make mistakes but I think the measure of a company is how they are dealt with - Robin Ward 4x4 passed with flying colours. If I need to buy another 4x4 vehicle in the future I will just go straight to Robin and ask him to recommend one. I suggest you do the same. Highly recommended.

Really happy with everything, the dealer helped me find the perfect car. I bought a Mitsubishi L200 in July and I have had no issues with it at all, its been perfect and it was very nice and clean and in good condition when I received it. The car is very good value for money and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a Toyota from this dealership. I have had to pay out 480 to have the clutch replaced because it was not covered under the warranty. The dealer is very hard to get in contact with and not very helpful. I would not recommend them.
