Went for a test drive of the new C5 Aircross and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. This was my first experience dealing with Citroen and I can honestly say that Robins and Day especially the salesman Anthony were very professional with great knowledge of the various buying options available to me. I wasn't put under any pressure and was left to think and decide what I wanted to do. Nothing was to much trouble he was very polite , helpful not pushy like at some dealerships a true gentleman Thank You. I purchased the model I test drove and I'm picking it up this week cant wait. I must also mention Shiv the manager I did give him a hard time negotiating a deal but he was very fair and I got a great price for my trade in. I will be taking my car back to them for servicing rather than use 2 other Citroen dealers nearer to my home. The service is faultless and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Yes brilliant buying experience at Robins and Day in Birmingham, the service from James Owens sales advisor was excellent. Cold and wet day but James came out to help with good knowledge of cars. Happy with part exchange deal.

The service from the staff at Robins & Day was really good, both times I traveled down they were kind enough to pick me up from the local train station. Everything was done when they said it would be and they even touched up a few marks on the car for me before the sale. I couldn't be happier with the car it is by far the best I've owned.

I had a brilliant buying experience at Robins and Day in Birmingham, upon arrival I was greeted and offered a cup of tea, they let me browse at my own pace, very relaxed and easy going. I would happily go back to them again.

Overall the experience was not good. From the car being ready and then not ready. When you call for an update no one is around to help. Then you get a message to arrange collection, so you call and it has not been taxed or cleaned so you have to wait again. With out going into detail this went on for about two weeks. When we were able to pick the car up, it had not been cleaned or serviced. By this time we were so feed up we had to drive away as the tax was due on the old car. The lady on reception is fantastic, good luck to you girl !!!.
