This is the second Kia Nito we have bought in as many months. Matt King and Chris Fice are absolutely excellent in listening to our needs and always deliver.and excellent service. The after sales department is excellent also which goes a very long way to have backup after the car has been sold. Many of our family have bought cars from Rodgers of Brixton.
Very bad experience. Failed to inform me that the car’s front bonnet had been resprayed even though it was being delivered to Glasgow (490miles away). Upon querying it they said that the 1 year old £24k car had been resprayed for me to get rid of the chips and scratches. This was an obvious lie as the front bonnet was still full of chips and scratches so the respray must have been done a few months ago and for a different reason. I had to pay a lot of money to have the car transported back for a refund. Avoid a distant sale with this company for sure!

on my 3rd KIA and to be honest wont be buying anything else. bought all from Rodgers at Brixton and can’t fault them. Tom who i always deal with is top notch, great communication, always comes back if any questions etc.

I have just bought a newly new Kia Ceed from Rodgers of Brixton, Plymouth. The Sales service was excellent. I was given all the information I needed on the new car. I got a good trade in price for my old car. When I arrived to collect the new car everything was sorted out for me, e.g. the tax, V5 form and the car came with half a tank of petrol. I received excellent service from this company
Car needed diagnostics, delayed as they were very busy no promised call backs on update, complaints made. Service manager very casual. Formal complaint made. Go to Crownhill, excellent service.
Took our MG5 in for a service last August, was asked if I was interested in changing but was sorting a deal for a used Tesla. Salesman said he could sort a deal that day for a car to be delivered in May they would set up that day and the deal would stand until it arrived. Well, got a call to say our car was built and would be in the UK in about 30 days. Few days later got a call to say the deal was off. Cited small print to say they could do it. More excuses than I can list. Could still have the car but monthly PCP almost doubled. Well, guess thats my last trip to Rogers and my last MG. Someone somewhere is pulling a fast one. Would rather walk than buy a car from these shysters. Avoid like the plague.

The review title was just the beginning, a long wait due to huge demand and limited supply. But Rodgers did bit and my order slowly advanced. The car itself is fantastic, it feels classy and a lot more expensive than it actually is. When l finally took delivery l shook the salesman's hand for a job well done.
BOUGHT SEVERAL CARS FROM RODGERS OVER THE YEARS, THIS TIME HAD A CAR ONE DAY AS I NEVER TEST DROVE IT, THE SALES LADY RIPPED ME OFF TO THE SUM OF 1.206POUND, I PAID 9.206 FOR A KIA PICANTO TOOK IT A SATERDAY PHONED RODGERS MONDAY TO SAY CAR GUTLESS NO GOOD FOR MY NEEDS AND I PICKED OUT A HYUNDAI I10 ON FORECOURT SHE STATED WHEN FILLING IN FORMS YOU ONLY GET 8000 BACK! VERY UPSET AS BEEN LOYAL TO RODGERS TILL SHE DID THAT .,NOW IN HANDS OF CAR OMBUDSMAN, GO ELSEWHERE TO A DEALER WHO APPRECIATES LONG TERM CUSTOMERS,
