Bought BMW 3 series at the end of July. Just like others, I had to wait for a week (MOT, valeting, etc). Interestingly, OSR shock absorber, 2 weeks later was totally gone. Steering column had had annoying knocking, known as a common fault among BMWs. How this car passed its MOT with damaged shock absorber and its cushioning? Their warranty, A1 APPROVED, is totally worthless. Faulty steering column, requiring repair kit, is not covered by the warranty. This is not a "wear and tear" issue, yet warranty refused to cover it. Local garage assured me, they have tried everything to make it covered, and I believe them. Vents in the car work when they want to. They even did not bother to replace front side light bulb!! Their policy "no refunds on deposit" is frustrating. If the loan is not approved, the deposit is gone. Stay away from them.
Adam and Chris went the extra mile to to solve my issues. Nothing was to much trouble. These guys know what they are doing. Very Professional.
My husband and I have bought cars from Rogers of brock for over 15 years Absolutely brilliant service brilliant cars Adam and the team so helpful and pleasant Never had any issues with the cars Will always use Rogers of Brock Trustworthy and very knowledge
Stay away from Rogers of Brock (RoB). Bought a 3 series from RoB which has had nothing but issues. As soon as I took the car on the motorway on the way home I noticed a rumble sound. I rang up and was told to take the car to their local garage they use, Green Lane. Took the car in, no issues could be found. I have since taken it to two other garages who have walked away from the car as it's too much to take on! So far it's needed coils changing, wiper jets (which were done on the latest mot from their local garage, so Green Lane did fix that for free), and now I'm told the rumble sound that has been the ongoing issue is the prop shaft, and drive shaft. I have tried to make contact for a refund and they are denying all knowledge of the issue (rumble sound). They are also refusing to fix the car which I would have accepted, I was just pointed to their warranty company which is pretty worthless. I wish I had emailed RoB from the start as Green Lane Garage are also saying I did not mention anything to them. So they are clearly pretty closely linked. The sales/con man said he drove the car 400 miles before sale and saw no problem, and because it's been 8 months and the car has been driven about 3k miles (just pottering around due to lockdown, and with the issues that keep cropping up at speeds so no motorway journeys). I've done a motorway trip to London where rumble sound happened 3 days after purchase and again to Manchester when the check oil warning came on. I've had the clutch go and revs shot up with a really bad sulphur smell filling the car, it's gone into limp move on occasions too. I'm having to use my partner's car, and I'm £8k down due to these liars and absolute con artists. I have advised everyone I know to avoid this company. I also actually found someone I know who purchased a 4x4 from them which was full of issues and ended up just getting scrapped. I can tell from the other reviews and RoB replies they know exactly what they are doing to get away with ripping people off. Check out independent reviews sites, not Google reviews which they can control (2* instead of 4*). I would advise anyone, even someone I didn't like, to steer clear of RoB. If you do, make sure you fully check the car out, or get it checked by a professional, test drive on all road types (if they bother to put any fuel in it for you to do so), and email any problems instead of calling so there is evidence from the start.
Only 1 key did not tell me this new key 199 pounds I offered too pay half told me not their problem see what my solicitor says
Rogers of Brock from Rogers Of Brock in response to Paid 11,000 for Nissan only got 1 key sa
Thank you for your review but im sure that you were sent a spare key in the post?
Disgusting, sexist, arrogant salesmen. Long list of fraudulent practices, returned the car still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Police, solicitors, close brothers finance and Financial ombudsman have all been involved. AVOID this garage at all costs. The stress is making me very ill, they do NOT care about you or trading legally its all about how much they can rip you off!
Deposit placed on vehicle with assurances it would be available for collection within a week. Specifically queried registration documentation as no history found. Was told that the vehicle ready to collect but I'd have to complete the purchase with someone else's private number plate on, and then transfer over at a later date. Sales staff were aware of this at the time as recalled examples of registration transfers taking 2 months to sort out. No credible response to complaint and request for deposit to be returned, just misrepresentation of clear facts, Latest is unless I transfer funding to complete the purchase within 24 hrs, car will be sold to someone else. Shocking. Trading standards are now involved. I've dealt with this company in the past without issue and am very disappointed in the handling of this. There's plenty of reputable dealers out there and auto trader and ebay are full of cars - so just be very wary of this outfit. Please avoid
My daughter has just been to view an immaculate silver SLK - I would have usually gone with her but I am working abroad. The sales executive Adam was lovely with her and explained in detail the workings of the car and insisted she took it out for a drive. She ultimately bought it, She got a fantastic part exchange for her old car without him even seeing the as she was in my wife's. My daughter has commented of the caring and professional manner in which she was treated by everyone at Roger's of Brock and I have no hesitation in recommending them for you daughter's or even your own next car. Thanks Adam and Team David Corrin
Very happy with the service from this company,Adam was very helpful no pushy sale talk just up front about everything and gave some good advice, one surprise was when he handed me the key for a test drive and said go enjoy your self. once again thanks Adam.
Bought a car from Rogers of Brock thinking I was purchasing from a dealer who was trustworthy. I had lovely service up until I noticed there were multiple things wrong with my car. At this point they did not give a toss. They sold me a car with an illegal tyre, air con that did not work, a gearbox that was faulty, CD player wiring that was faulty and a door that was out of alignment. They allowed me to drive this car away pregnant and with a new baby in the car with me on a 90 mile trip back home. When the car went to be repaired they expected me to make the trip back down to drop off the car, did not supply a car for me to transport my daughter round in so have had to rent a car for 3 weeks with no help towards this cost. We then had to travel back down for collection all at our own cost. I would NOT buy anything from this company. Stay clear!
