Just recently bough a Honda Accord Tourer from them. On inspection they declared recent service done, but no invoices or any other proof of work being done or fluids and parts changed (lots of invoices from previous owner of course). Found oil way over max level and no traces of recently changed fuel filter or anything. Agreed sale with promise to sort out oil things, hoping that it's going to be changed finally, but no - they just drained it to the level, no change. Was promised fresh MOT on pick up day, but after getting home the front tyre got flat, and being curious found an advisory note about nail stuck in front tyre in the recent MOT sheet... No phone system as advertised
Bought an X Type Jag from Romsey Car Centre and after a few days was getting problems with the glow plug warning light and going into limp mode. After investigation by another garage and taking it back to the dealer it turned out it needed a new turbo. It was under a warranty so the dealer agreed to get a new one. So they apparently did this. Now after six months I am having problems with the turbo again. I went back to them and discovered that they had replaced the turbo with one from a breakers with only a 30 day warranty. Also the courtesy car provided whilst doing this work had virtually no fuel, had several faults, and would not have passed an MOT. Avoid.

Called them twice prior to travelling for 3 hours to see a car - they said they would call me back if anyone put a deposit down and bought it. Got there 3 hours later - lo and behold, they had taken a deposit from someone else and I couldn't buy it, and they couldn't be bothered to call me to let me know not to come. Shocking customer service.
Dealer was very helpful and stocked high quality cars. Smooth experience getting with my part-exchange and car was ready for pickup 3 days later. Very smooth experience

Avoid this company at all costs brought two cars from this company and had nothing but problems. Sale guy there called Ben is rude and I would not deal with this company again. Please be careful when using this company.
