Having looked around lots of dealers near and far, most were not interested in selling a used car. However when i contacted Ron Brooks the person on the phone seemed as though he wanted to genuinely help. The car advertised was the wrong colour (i know! :o)) but he had another one coming in all the spec and colour we needed. The rest was an absolute breeze, looked at the vehicle, no issues, they promised to MOT, Tax, Service and do some minor body work touch up's. They delivered on all these and they were done with no hassle or issues. We picked the car the week after and everything was sorted for us, the coffee was lovely even if the weather wasn't. We were also given a Suzuki bear which we have called Brent after the sales man who sorted everything out from start to finish. Thank you so much to Brent Leivers you made us feel really welcomed and your customer service was exceptional. which we would Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again. You may see us in the future!! :o)

I have just picked up my new car from Ron Brooke’s Mansfield. The salesman’s mark hicklin was great he helped me from start to finish of ordering and picking up my Aygo x edge. The car is fantastic too so smart and a really smooth ride

I have very recently purchased a second-hand car from Ron Brooks, Mansfield. The Sales Assistant, Sam Draycott, was very courteous, friendly and helpful. He was understanding and patient and explained all the procedures and FSA requirements. When I was unable to find a suitable car on site, he continued to search and informed me as soon as a car became available at the Ilkeston site, which is the car I purchased. At no time did he put pressure on me to buy. I have been a customer of Ron Brooks Mansfield for twenty years and certainly recommend the Company. All the staff are efficient and go out of their way to help.
bought a used car from Ron Brookes, sold with full warranty, car broke down due to clutch master cylinder - it turns out the part is not covered, so much for buying from a main dealer. Ron Brookes not intrested.

After 10 years and 145,000 miles, my old Avensis needed retiring. A quick www search and a number of replacement possibilities became apparent and I settled on a very nice looking Avensis at Ron Brooks in Mansfield, some 200 miles from where I live. I made contact with Brooks via email and was dealt with in a most efficient and friendly manner by Craig Johnson. I drove up to Mansfield to get the Avensis I'd picked out and was greeted like a long lost friend by the staff (Amanda.....Thank you for the tea and biscuits) and Craig who dealt with all the finer details of the buying etc whilst chatting. I can recommend Ron Brooks Toyota to anyone considering the purchase of a new or 2nd hand model, for their professionalism, attention to detail and the care they took with me, as a customer. Despite the journey to Brooks being considerable in time and distance, it was well worth it.
