Visited recently Ron Skinner to buy a car for my daughter. Salesman was polite, friendly and honest. Didn't have to wait around for prices and finance offers, as salesman could provide without needing to refer to someone else. Everything was discussed properly in accordance with FCA requirements (I know my stuff!!), and I drove away that same day having agreed a great price for a beautiful little nearly new car which my daughter loved. I was promised a spare wheel and jack, and sure enough a few days later they called me to say they were ready to be picked up. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Dealt with the tradegar & cardiff site and they could not have been more helpful! Have you time to browse and didn’t pressurise at all, went to a few other dealerships and there was no question that dealing with Ron skinner & Sons was by far the easiest! Would recommend them in a heart beat! Truely 5* customer service!!

The staff at Ron Skinner were friendly and very helpful they pointed me in the direction of the size of care I needed. The made the whole process of choosing a car an easy and relaxed experience.

Called into the new Ron Skinner & Sons Neyland branch such a lovely happy team nothing was to much trouble we must of called there at least 8 days while my husband made a decision and every time we had a great welcome and now he is the happy owner of a lovely Volvo I am definitely recommending them to everyone I speak to highly delighted......... I bought my second car on the 9/4/2018 It was the second time the administration let them down by not taxing the car with the correct amount and taking double the time for me to be able to collect it. They have now changed policy so it can’t happen again,and the offer to my self in way of saying sorry was generous. My first car a Alfa gave years of services with no problems. I am still waiting to be able to collect my BMW. 29/4/2018

We have bought 3 cars over the years from Ron Skinner (Collecting the 3rd this week) and their service is brilliant. Never had any issues with the cars we have bought. We are never under any pressure from the Sales Team, and able to test drive our cars beforehand. The Team always go out their way to help and give the best possible customer service. We will always be returning customers and recommend them highly. Back last year we bought another car from a company local to Ron Skinner, and the experience had been awful - We have learnt from this and will never go anywhere else again.
