Amazing service at Neyland I bought a lovely blue kia from the Neyland branch, the staff there were really friendly, knowledgeable and went out of the way to make sure I could drive it away by the Saturday, absolutely amazing service and I would definitely recommend it as the first place to go to find a new car :)

Outstanding. Exceptional. The Cardiff sub branch is a fairly recent addition and small when compared to the Tafarnaubach setup. However, the service I received could not have been bettered. I've bought cars from Ron Skinner in the past and from franchised dealers and this experience was the most efficient yet. The buying and collection process could not have been bettered and I will be recommending them to friends, family and colleagues. The car was prepared immaculately in the dedicated building and with servicing offered on site as well it was clear that Ron Skinner & Sons are in Cardiff for the long term. Their standards and skills will worry their competitors.

Needing a replacement vehicle I visited Ron Skinner & Sons Neyland was was courteously greeted by one and all. With the able assistance of Greg I made a selection which at the time was currently in preparation at Tredeger. I then reserved the vehicle. Greg arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to Neyland. In short the vehicle had been superbly prepared and Greg managed the whole purchase process with courtesy and excellent knowledge.
