AVOID!! (Tredegar store) If I could give a zero rating I would! Appalling after sales particularly the manager (Jack) who had zero customer service skills! myself & family members have bought 3 cars in the space of 3 years & all had major problems, them being fuel tank, ad blu tank, faulty engine which caused me to break down on a busy dual carriage way with my children in car! The list goes on!! Expect to pay nine grand for a car that’s only been on the road 6 months!! Unwilling to negotiate or resolve any issues apparent. It’s unacceptable! I’ve always been a loyal customer to the company but in recent years I’ve noticed a decline on the quality of cars & customer service. The photo below speaks volumes!!

Amazing service at Neyland I bought a lovely blue kia from the Neyland branch, the staff there were really friendly, knowledgeable and went out of the way to make sure I could drive it away by the Saturday, absolutely amazing service and I would definitely recommend it as the first place to go to find a new car :)

Great service every time We have purchased several cars from Ron Skinners and the service has always been brilliant. No hard selling they leave you to browse and don't push you into a sale. Great after sales too. No issue too big or too small. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our cars.
