Absolutely horrendous garage to buy a car from. The list of issues with the vehicle is still growing whilst they ignore any contact attempts & resort to blocking you on Facebook so you can’t tell people to steer clear of them! Sold me an unroadworthy car, put dodgy parts on it when it went in to get “repaired”, came out worse! Avoid avoid avoid!

I bought a car from them Nov 23 and within the 3 month warranty a suspension coil broke (no real surprise the car is 11 years old and 100,000 miles - these things happen). I contacted Ross Car Sales to arrange a repair and they suggested that, as I live a fair distance from them, I get a local quote and then send them proof of work and payment. This I did and they refunded me within 48hrs. Really happy with all aspects of their engagement with me.

Recently bought our 3rd car from Ross Car Sales. It developed an issue and Ross Car Sales sorted it out, and did a proper job of it. In over 30 years of motoring Ross is the best used car dealer I've ever found. Always a good stock of cars too.
Bought a Mercedes’ b class from these guys , had a couple of minor glitches in the first week , they were sorted immediately , can’t fault them , a smashing bunch of chaps

After my Porsche Boxster was written off whilst parked,I had been looking for another online,when I came across Ross car sales, decided to pay a visit to veiw a Boxster they had for sale.no pressure from John to purchase,great customer service,bought the car 2 days later,perfect, would recommend this garage to everyone wanting to buy a good used car at a great price,thankyou Ross car sales,your the best.

Got my first ever car today on finance, I went in with a set price that a wanted to pay monthly. Both John and Adam were very honest but polite that I may not be able to have this price but they will try their best. I have never come across a two men so lovely, helpful and profession. Couldn’t thank them enough for helping me!
This is my second car from Ross car sales, and another pleasant experience, no pressure, no sales pitch, I chose car took it for a drive and decided I wanted it, and just left it up to the dynamic duo JOHN and Adam, they done the lot for me all I had to do was pick it up and drive away, if these boys say its a sound car take their word for it they are genuine.

We have looked into the matter, and this situation is not something that we can seem to recall, and as you haven`t left any details of the car you have purchased or your personal details and we haven`t had any reports of any cars breaking down recently we feel this may be a review made in error. If you could call us, or email us with reference to this review, that would be great. We are a family run dealership of more than 20 years, and thus have built a fantastic reputation because we are known for having brilliant aftercare and being able to quickly resolve problems such as the one you have stated in your review. As already stated, we have no recollection of you as a customer, absolutely zero documentation regarding such an issue, and no knowledge of you ever contacting us to help with the supposed problem. We believe this review is either fake, or completely uncalled for. We hope that anyone reading this review will realise this isn`t a genuine review either fabricated or intended for another dealer. We will continue to investigate this review, and should we find this it is fake, legal action will be required as this is something we take very seriously. In addition to this, I will be keeping in further contact with Car Dealer Reviews to look into this further. Thank you.
