I took my Xtrail to rowstock today as I was having trouble with the battery.The car is only just over 3 years old and with full Nissan service history having done just over 26000 miles from new.Rowstock agreed that the battery was knackered and said it would be £230 to replace.Isaid that I own serial Nissan’s and all of them have had this battery problem and in the past they have renewed them free of charge as there is a known problem with these batteries.Rowstock said it was over 3 yrs old and that was that,no suggestion of contacting Nissan,they just could not be bothered.When I got home after purchasing a battery from a local dealer Rowstock rang to say that they would contact Nissan,a bit late now.not happy with this kind of service and so reluctantly I am finished with this garage as this is not the first time I have similar problems.All 4 of my Nissan’s will now be up for sale as once the warranty has finished as far as Nissan is concerned you can get stuff,bye bye

Purchased during lockdown on a Saturday - Matt looked after us with care - test drove for as long as we wanted - agreed the price - vehicle was fully serviced and we picked it up on the Tuesday. Smooth effortless transaction.

Particularly appreciated the valeting of my car inside and out - spotless and like new. My only small gripe is that you didn't give me a windscreen sticker updating the Roadside Assistance telephone numbers. However, I did pick up the leaflet on request.
I have been with Nissan Rowstock ever since I bought the car in 2014' they are always pleasant and try and fit in my requirements.
Having both an mot and service - very efficient and helpful, keeping me up to date throughout. Also very Covid safe which was very appreciated after my previous experience at a different garage!
We have used Rowstock Nissan for regular servicing and emergencies for over 20 years and greatly value their efficiency and reliability. Need we say more.
Matt responded to my request for a new car swiftly. He was confident and casual with my visit and my questions. He was polite regarding covid procedures and when he had to speak to another customer regarding a sale. He was nice to chat to.
