Bought a car in May from here, asked for an MOT completing, which they were reluctant to do at first. They eventually agreed, it failed at first, but then passed. Front tyres both illegal with cords exposed! Tyres were clearly changed for for MOT and then old tyres put back on. We have just had car serviced after only having it for approx 10 weeks, to be told that there was no way that this car would have passed an MOT legitimately. They clarified that the tyres on the car met the description of the tyres that had failed the MOT. The oil filter was completely blocked and has starved the engine of oil, causing significant failings and the car to stop running. The car had to be scrapped 10 weeks after purchasing it from this garage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!! I would rate no stars at all, but one was the lowest that I could do.

We bought a car from here when picking it up the engine light came in took to a family member who is a mechanic the turbo had gone. Took it back they said no at first to fix it. He took the to the so called mechanic he said he has they fitted a new turbo took 10 days. Rang and texted him said ohh I'll ring u back later no reply. Turned up and the car was at his house he said. Come and collect it on Monday. Collected it it had no power could do 70 on the motorway I rang told me I want my money back the car isn't fixed. He said bring it back he booked it for mechanic again. Wouldn't give her money back kept saying my boss isn't in blah blah. Turns out they are brothers. Went down to get my money back kept fibbing me off asked for car keys told him no not til you pay me my money. As soon as I mentioned trading standards money was refund. BUY WASH N PUT UP FOR SALE WITHOUT CHECKING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM. Purchased a car from somewhere else they knew where we got the car from as he has had 7 customers buying cars from him instead of them scammers!!!!!!!
After reading the reviews online for this place we was apprehensive about buying a car from here but we decided to take a look anyway, just to get a feel for some different cars if nothing else. I have to say, I’m glad we did. They was brilliant.! We test drove a few cars and found one that we liked however on the test drive, we noticed a slight noise coming from the front passenger side. As soon as we returned, the mechanic took the car out and had an idea as to what it might be. The put the car on the ramp, fixed the issue right there and then whilst we went for a costa and then allowed us to test drive it again before making any kind of purchase. The car was immaculate inside and out, with a full service history and everything you would expect from a reputable dealer. We drove away with the car same day, with three months warranty and a good price paid. I would highly recommend.!!!!
We bought a Kia advertised on auto-trader from This garage. What a mistake. We arranged through them for it to be delivered. Had 3 month warranty. Told it was a good car, not smelling of dogs etc. it arrived and the driver’s seatbelt was damaged and not roadworthy, the car smelt really badly, we found really disgusting muck under the seats, cleaned it with a rug doctor multiple times and the water comes out filthy still, the passenger window electrics can’t be operated by the passenger. It was a terrible purchase. Photo sent to the garage, quotes for replacing the seatbelt and then we have received one stalling tactic after another, empty promises of seatbelts will be sent, garage bill to have it fixed will be paid.. NOTHING. 2 months of hassle and we are no further forward. DO NOT be as trusting as us and do a distance purchase and if buying direct from them check the car thoroughly as once you are paid, that’s it, customer service ends.

Bought a car that is completely corroded under carriage, we found out that they put DW40 gel to sort out the Spring noises. Tires are completely perished. Engine light comes on and seller done a fraudulent MOT.. STAY AWAY FROM DO NOT EVEN BOTHER NOT WORTH A STAR
Do not bye from here… sold me a car that was broken cost of fix £1500 rip off pleas do not bye
