We bought a Kia advertised on auto-trader from This garage. What a mistake. We arranged through them for it to be delivered. Had 3 month warranty. Told it was a good car, not smelling of dogs etc. it arrived and the driver’s seatbelt was damaged and not roadworthy, the car smelt really badly, we found really disgusting muck under the seats, cleaned it with a rug doctor multiple times and the water comes out filthy still, the passenger window electrics can’t be operated by the passenger. It was a terrible purchase. Photo sent to the garage, quotes for replacing the seatbelt and then we have received one stalling tactic after another, empty promises of seatbelts will be sent, garage bill to have it fixed will be paid.. NOTHING. 2 months of hassle and we are no further forward. DO NOT be as trusting as us and do a distance purchase and if buying direct from them check the car thoroughly as once you are paid, that’s it, customer service ends.
