I went in to fix something and it was not fixed went back and they tried to charge me again. I could have spent £400 . They have changed parts of my engine and im still hearing loud sounds while driving. I will be never going back there.

I toke my car in recently within the last 2 weeks. The receptionist toke one look at it and made me get coil springs without having a mechanic check. I ended up paying for coil springs and things i didn't go in for i paid £282. The car is still making a loud noise, toke it back he got a machanic to tell me the problem which costs £260 he says. Im so upset as i spent £282 and i still have the same problem. Im almost in tears.

Took my car in for an alternator replacement. Upon collection the next day I found they had scraped it on the passenger side - owner denied knowing anything about it. Then someone made a claim against me/my insurers - the car was involved in a scrape while in their possession. To top it off, they had done such a shoddy job that my car broke down on the A1M and had to be towed back by these cowboys, Owner is a lying unscrupulous clown and garage should be avoided!!

In March '22 l was delighted with the car l bought, so clean and a pleasure to drive. The owner showed me around the and explained all its features. He was not at all pushy and and answered all my questions. l part exchanged my previous car and gave me a very fair price The car was fully serviced with new MOT He also gave me a 6 months warranty parts and labour inc in the price I would recommend this company to any who wants to buy a used car

I went there and they charged me humongous amount. Bet they had a good meal that night. Be careful they will lower you to their level and then do work behind their shop and the garage where no one apart from themselves can see what's is being done to your car(your pride possession). One thing I want to tell you. Before going to them for MOT I decided I will service the car myself. I bought parts oil air filter etc . When phoned to ask for an update roystons told they have already serviced the car...... So I decided to return my service parts air oil filter but decided I will carry them to roystons and then collect car and then drive to the motor shop to get a refund to my oil air filter and oil and spark plugs To my astonishment when I got to roystons the mechanic/manager said if he could take the spark plugs from me and will get his mechanic to replace the old ones in the car. I was shocked because I thought he has told me he has completed a full service but now he is replacing the spark plugs from my itenary. HAS HE DONE ANYTHING THAT HE CLAIMS TO HAVE DONE if he is asking for parts that should been replaced with the service that he claims to have carried out ....I thought. He charged me so much. WHY because I am his new victim so can regain his youth and pretend to be a caring person spreading joy around the world with my money and WHO IS NEXT. Steer Clear. He will always mug you.

The car had clutch issues within one week of purchase.

Avoid at all costs. Tries to distract you by being overly talkative and friendly when test driving. I bought a car that had just “passed” its MOT and didn’t last 6 weeks! Rear breaks were about to go metal to metal and huge hole under the car. Only a couple of MANY issues we’ve experienced and STILL experience with no explanation!!
