When buying the car from RPM Direct the service was excellent, but when the car developed a fault soon after buying it, the communication was very poor and drawn out. A local garage carried out the authorized repairs but have not paid them and don't answer the phone or reply to any emails. The repairing garage won't release the the car untill it's paid for, So I now do not have a car.
Car was exactly as described. Nothing was to much trouble for RPM Direct, Exceptional service from start to finish.

After having horrendous experiences buying cars both privately and through large main dealers I had totally lost confidence in buying cars and the people selling them. Phil and his team fully renewed my faith in that there are good, honest and reliable people out there that actually do care! He made the whole experience pleasurable and I have now the most stunning car,,, I couldn’t recommend RPM more highly and this is a garage that truly deserve their brilliant reputation and outstanding reviews. I recently bought a Mercedes from RPM direct and I am very happy! Really good sales team. The car was absolutely spotless! I had to have a cap replaced but this was done very quickly! the car is excellent value for money and I have had no issues since I've had it. Would really recommend this dealership.

RPM Direct Ltd a small family run business who sell a small number of carefully hand selected used cars. According to their website they have over 15 years experience in the Motor Trade and they operate on an appointment only basis.
