Went to look at a X-Trail to see what they were like and wasn’t really looking to buy at the time. However, after really helpful customer service from Zeshan we were convinced this was the deal for us. Support all the way through to delivery of the vehicle with assistance from all the staff along the way. However it was Zeshan who made it all possible and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from him and RRG in the future.

Bought my Nissan Micra for £10,670 and all went well considering I was buying remotely. 4 weeks later I have a problem with the breaks, was told as I live in London I could go to any Nissan dealer as I have a 12 month warranty to get my problem fixed. Oh no, when I contacted my local Nissan they said firstly I would have to pay £150 for diagnostics then pay for any repair as brakes are wear and tear!!! I have had this car 4 weeks!! RRG Bury Nissan then said all Nissan dealers have their own policies, so basically the warranty unless I took it to Bury wasn't worth anything. Instead of them saying we will reimburse you if you take it to your local dealer as a gesture of goodwill, I was told to ring the RAC who could give me a free diagnostics and hope I have a good day!!! How's that for good customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Going to report this to Rip Off Britain. Something wrong here.

I Received a new Qashqai from RRG bury on 13/10 22. Noriel was very good professionally and did everything to make sure we were happy. I am very pleased with the car. it is very comfortable and nice to drive. Thanks to Noriel and Abu for everything they did.

We collected our Nissan Qashqui today 14.09.22 from RRG Bury, the service we received from Norielle was very professional and she couldn’t do enough for us, She was so helpful. Everything was dealt with promptly as promised. The car drives perfect and is so comfortable, I would definitely recommend using RRG Bury

went to view a three weeks ago costing 17/000 pounds pointed out problems with body work which they said would be repaired in there body shop the sales man said he would check the car for any other damage 6 days later checked if car was going to be ready for Saturday they told me it would not as they wonted to make sure all the work was done went back the week after to pick up car bonnet still full of stone chips paint damage both sides of front bumper damaged alloy dent on back arch scratches on doors and they had put paint protection on all smeared and cloudy not correctly applied as i complained they offered me a touch up paint and 300 pounds off the price and told me that there was a good paint shop across the road i refused the car and asked for my deposit back i am 460.00 pounds out of pocket they told me i would lose my deposit because they had applied paint protection which was in with the deal i have complained to there head office but never received any money back they should be ashamed to call themselves a main dealer if they do not resolve my refund i will be reporting them to Nissan GB if they are treating customers this way they should be resisted as a trade center not a main dealer
