I have just picked up a new Skoda Karoq and the sales man Amar Hussain as been extremely helpful from the first time we went into the show room to look at the options. To plcking up the new one today I must also mention other members of staff who have been very helpful at all times

I recently bought a car from this dealership and on receiving the car noticed a few little problems. The main one being the door protector on the drivers side was not sitting correctly. Since then it has been back twice and they have not managed to rectify the problem. I have spoken to them today and they have informed me they will not be fixing. I pointed this problem out right from the start. The after sales are a joke and I would expect this sort of service from a back street garage not a main dealer. Don't waste your time with this dealership go to Simpsons not these cowboys.

Do not want to know when it comes to a warranty claim I have had 8 different Skodas since 2004 always used Simpsons Skoda and had excellent service. Used RRG Rochdale due to a non start issue the service was appalling. Very unhelpful.

We are pleased to announce we are now a two Skoda family! We are the proud owners of a beautiful new Skoda Karoq Sportsline purchased from RRG Skoda in Rochdale. After being greeted by a very friendly lady in Reception, we were then ably assisted by their Salesman, Gordon Mallett who was both helpful and knowledgeable on all things Skoda. There was no pressured sales pitch, rather the car sold itself. We were very pleased with the process from start to finish. Just looking forward to lots of happy motoring now.

I made a number of visits to pester Gordon about car models and prices and unlike other dealerships, not once did I feel pressured into buying, Gordon gave me the facts and figures and then gave me the time and space to make my decision without immediate pressurising telephone calls and emails.
