Would NOT recommend this company at all, appalling service from start to finish, spoke to in an unprofessional manner, verbally abused over the phone, been lied too and most of all had fraudulent activity down towards our name, disgusted and would stay clear of this company and been left in awful situation due this shocking company! I recently purchased a stunning Mercedes Benz AMG model. The car was in incredible condition when it was delivered by Steve to my home address. The handover was informative and carried out at a distance. Importantly for me the whole process was incredibly simple and took next to no time. There was no pushy hard sell. I paid and bought a car for over £30,000 unseen which is a huge leap of faith.
Went to another trader before we approached a car we seen at rs car sales. The way we got treated were worlds apart. Rory really showed us how to treat customers when purchasing our car. Avoid. If your car has a fault they will inevitably blame you or talk their way out of fixing it. Or in my case ignore all calls and emails
RS Car Sales have a very helpful bunch of guys knew a lot about the car and the car was as Rory described, the staff were very helpful will defiantly be returning in the future to purchase my next car
Really did take the difficulty out of buying. I was either a 3 series or 4 series. They had both in stock at the time. Decided to go for the 3 series as it was more practical with the kids. Simple and easy. Drove away from RS Car Sales the same day.
