Guest Reviewerricardo oliveira in cf119af - 18 Oct 21good afternoon, i bought a car at this stand. before buying the car i informed that the last mot was mentioned that the front shock absorbers were losing fluid. i spoke to the seller and he told me he would resolve the situation. on the day i went to pick up the car, the seller convinced with a new mot, made the day before (09/14/2021), that everything was resolved. after taking the car to audi (15/09/2021) due to the feeling of very unstable driving, it was verified that the shock absorbers were not changed and continued to lose fluid. i contacted the seller where he made an offer for 300 and that i pay the rest. next buyers, pay attention because even the oil filter was fully expressed... all these situations i have photos to prove
Brilliant car dealership Purchased an Audi A5, friendly staff and excellent customer service.
Travelled 300 miles to buy a Mazda 3 and TBH, when we arrived, we weren`t too happy with the state of the car. It needed a valet, a NAV disc one or two paint chips needing repair. I was ready to walk but the boss stepped in right away with a substantial discount to take care of all the anomalies. Ray and Dean were very pleasant and great to deal with. The NAV disc didn`t arrive from the original seller so they called me. I said I could get one from Amazon and he immediately transferred the cost. That`s superb customer service. Reading lots of reviews on the garage I thought.....too many great reviews, so half will be made up, but now having dealt with the lads, I can see why. I would never normally recommend a car dealer as I`ve came accross plenty cowboys in my 40 years of driving, but have to say, buy from these guys. If you read this guys, then thanks. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Sadly, I can only give 4 stars as the car wasn`t ready for me.
Recently part exchanged my car here for a rangerover evoque. They gave a good price for my pc and made the process hassle free taking care of my existing finance and putting a new finance agreement in place. Very knowledgeable staff and they made the whole process very easy. Would definitely recommend.

You will find my earlier review by looking for a 1 star rating. We've passed on some very dubious service documents with wrong mileages and obvious errors to a solicitor for court action as the dealer has avoided all contact. Don't take this dealership at face value... avoid at all costs or you may well end up fighting to get your money back.
Purchased my car from RW Sports & Prestige a couple of months back and I love it. I seen the car online and decided to leave a deposit over the phone (which the salesman assured me was refundable if I didn’t like the vehicle upon viewing).Travelled down from Birmingham a few days later to the view the vehicle and it was just what I was looking for and was in great condition. Was definitely worth the journey down.Many thanks.
I bought a bmw on finance the car look fantastic and drives faultless they put a years mot on the car as i was driving home 200 miles away i fault has appeared on the screen i have gone to my local garage and they done a diagnostics on the car it came up with 3 pages of faults so i have rung up the dealer to explain and wanted the car repaired he refused to get the car repaired and told me to use the rac warrenty that they had put on the car now the warrenty does not cover half of the faults to the car the dealer was very rude and would not help get the back up to standards and rufused to take the car back even tho i am within my right to return the car in 30 days and i beleave they have stuck a dodgy mot on the car as the car should not of passed with the headlights pointing down towards the floor recomend you stay away from rw sports and prestige.

Good morning, the bmw had know faults on the vehicle when it left from us. You was offering us to pay you £60 for a dodgy mot but we politely declined the offer. You also said you sell cars as a side job and you put dodgy mots on them. Additionally, you did not take it to your local mechanic you took it upon yourself to try and repair the car as you plugged your diognostins machine in. You are not a qualified mechanic to be doing repairs on a vehicle. We have tried our best to be fair with you. The warranty is void as you have tampered with the vehicle

Had a similar experience September last year. Bought a Mercedes M class with full MoT and 'Full Service History' from this company. The Mot turned out to be only 5 months and half the service history missing. They later supplied 5 photocopied invoices which have loads of mistakes and incorrect mileages on them from a garage with a very dubious track record. We are currently in the middle of court action.
