I'm absolutely loving my new Audi Q2! I had an A1 before so it's been great to have loads of extra space. Dean was absolutely brilliant whilst I was buying the car, but I think what I appreciated most was his willingness to help after the sale. He offered me his WhatsApp number and said I could contact him if I had any questions. I sent a couple of messages with one or two queries, and was shocked at how quickly he replied. His responsiveness really meant a lot to me, so thank you Dean!

The service I received from Dean at RW was actually pretty stand-out compared to experiences I've had elsewhere in the past. Full marks well deserved.

I''ve ony met Deana couple of times but he's a really easy going lad. He made the whole buying experience convenient and efficient. He worked really hard to get me the best deal possible finance-wise, and walked me through the paperwork step-by-step. My partner was so impressed, he's going to buy his next car off Dean and RW whenever he's ready! I've got an intermittent fault with the TPMS sensors which I need to get sorted - I think I'll run the car down to him over the next week or two actually.

Really happy with the Ford Focus. Drives great and everything else is spot on. The service was excellent and the team were mint, super helpful throughout. Only had one small issue, which is the onboard screen randomly restarts now and then. I’ve tried a factory reset and updated the software, but it’s still happening. Not really the dealership’s fault, these things can happen and it seems to just be a software issue but I need to get it looked at.

I've give everyone at RW Sports And Prestige Ltd 10 out of 10! The car has been absolutely brilliant from here but I have to say that it's a little bit too fast, so I might have to look at something a bit slower but it's not been bad otherwise.

Everything is going okay with the Q3 – I’m really enjoying the car. I spoke with Dean about a small issue with the Audi system but he is helping me to sort this. Dean was perfect – straightforward and to the point. He clearly walked me through the warranty. Overall, it was a great experience with no reason not to give 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back for another vehicle!

Dean was brilliant, really helpful throughout the whole process, I am having a slight issue with some discolouration which is why I am giving a 4 not a 5 but I was really pleased with all the other aspects of the sale and the car runs perfectly. Would recommend.
