I had an excellent experience with Rydal Motors - I had seen a car that I liked and wanted to buy. I lived some distance away and so had to visit on the train to pick it up. I contacted Adrian ahead of time and he offered to pick me up from the train station (above and beyond). This was very useful for me as I didn't know the area and of course it was raining on the day! On arrival in Preston I gave them a call and due to road works and busy time of day I walked down the road to a pre-arranged location and was collected by Gary, Adrian's colleague. On arrival at the garage, I was greeted by Adrian who gave me the keys to the car and gave me all the time to check it over before he sorted out all my paperwork and tax etc. This was a very pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend them to any future prospective purchaser. Just purchased a beautiful RANGE Rover sport in white from rydal motors Penwortham branch. Lovely, helpful, friendly and good prices. Gave us a good deal part exchange. Very happy and would highly recommend this garage, will be happy to do buisness with in the future thankyou for all your help 😊

I wrote my car off on Friday morning-Gary picked me up from home and run to the Penwortham showroom, Adrian was super helpful, lent me a courtesy car for the night and picked my new car up the following day! Would highly recommend! PS: not the first car that I have bought from Rydal motors

Wouldn’t recommend Rydal Motors. Bought a car off them, when driving home I discovered a wheel was badly out of shape, once I got home i found it was leaking petrol. I contacted them and asked them to fix it, they said they would but then changed their mind and said they wouldn’t and offered to part exchange the car but only at 2/3 of its value. When you buy a car from a garage like this, you would expect it to be roadworthy and safe.

Rydal Motors are an excellent all round business to deal with, from the start to finish. Their full team from the manager to the office staff and even the gentleman washing the cars were all so polite and helpful. They even sorted all my paperwork out from title deeds to tax and also extending an existing MOT, preparation work on the car, so it would be ready with any work needed, being done at no cost to me. Brilliant service. John is always calm and reassuring on the phone when talking to him and his team too. Their staff even drove out to me to assist me when I was unsure about some technical key fuelling access, when I drove away after purchasing the vehicle . Great backup support. All their team are good communicators and they don't leave you hanging on the phone, but very much the opposite , they deal with your queries straight away and have solutions to your queries and answers to your question which are accurate direct and useful, which all in all make for a smooth , confident purchase.
