I was sold a bike that developed a nasty bottom end engine noise after 200miles of owning the motorcycle. They refused any assistance or refund Would not recommend

Issues on Ryder Automotives side led to deal falling through for bike I had purchased, spent weeks trying to get money refunded and refused to return my deposit stating I had cancelled the order which is completely false. I could never recommend this place to anyone after experience I've had. Communication was appalling and support from their side basically non-existent in solve problem.

I am pleased with my new bike! I have had no issues with it up to now and I have had it for over 6 months. The Bike was clean and in excellent condition when I received it and the staff were very helpful. The only downside it the delivery took a while but other than that I cant complain and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
