Bought a car in January, was told it would come with 12 months mot it didn’t, was also told that all cars were checked and serviced before delivery I’ve had it 11/12 weeks and the service warning light came on so obviously another lie, don’t bother using them, avoid at all costs.
Drove 2 hours to find a car that was no where near the description or images as advertised. Ripped seats, damp , mould , dents. Offered discount of my depsot and when refused got told to leave as they didn't need my business be careful!!

I had phoned up on a Saturday booking a viewing for a car on the following Monday, all booked in fine. The gentleman on the phone said call back on Monday morning just to double check the car is still available, I did so, all fine, so I left on my way to the dealership, which was an hour and a half from where I live, as soon as I get there, the guy who works there, said the car sold 10 minutes before I got there, baring in mind I had booked a viewing, but apparently with somebody from a different branch, so there was no communication from either of them, and I was left angry and had wasted an entire day travelling to this viewing. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership, the communication between everyone, was AWFUL! And I wasted my time, they didn’t even call me to tell me the car had sold!
Good evening, I strongly advise against this dealership due to the lack of seriousness in selling cars. In addition to having sold me an already broken car, and after pretending to fix it and having kept it for 5 days in the workshop, I have the same problem again after only 1 day !!!! Furthermore, as if that were not enough, they also robbed me of personal effects that I had left in the car in good faith. I'll have to put a lawyer in the way because I can't accept SCAM and THEFT and pay for a car that I don't know when it will leave me alone !! stay away !!!!! In the 10 days that I signed the contract for 6 days the car was with them. Such a poorly managed situation is unacceptable. I don't see how I can trust them again.

Ali Abdallah in response to Grand Scenic Renault
Hi, we are also having problems with this dealer, do you have an email address as we are trying to send them an email. Thanks
Bought a car in February 2022 for £6000. So far has cost over £2000 to keep it on the road. As I type this, the car is in the garage again having filled up with £85 of petrol then watched it pour out onto the station forecourt from the broken fuel tank. Should have realised when I collected the car what sort of dealers they were. It hadn't been washed and was covered with dust. The price was still written on the windscreen. So far it's needed a new clutch, new turbo actuator, new tyre, new fuel tank, new fuel filler pipe, new fan not to mention smaller items. Also I have been told the car was probably involved in a front end smash and it hasn't been repaired properly. To be fair the dealer gave me £300 back to help with the clutch repair but the problems keep coming. Would I recommend this dealer. God no!

Went to pick up a fiat panda. They had over filled the oil to the point it was spilt every where, there was white on the lid showing the head gasket was going. When telling the dealer, tried to fob it off getting agitated… the exhaust was beyond rusty and a tyre needed changing. Safe to say I didn’t take the car. Poor customer service he was beyond rude, to the point where as we were leaving he was sticking his middle finger up. AVOID!!!!!!!
I don't know about Surbition, but the blokes at SA in Farnham are great. Offered me a refund/replacement when the first car I bought wasn't reliable (engine related issue) and immediately fixable. (please check their terms and conditions before purchasing because not all faults/issues are covered.) As a replacement I got a gorgeous '62 plate Renault Megane that they cleaned for me ready for the day I picked it up. Even managed to get a discount off this car as I recommended SA to my Grandfather who bought an Astra (that is in incredible condition - serviced recently with no issues besides some worn tyres) I also had the Megane serviced, some small issues including a broken suspension spring - 150 quid to fix, but an understandable issue considering the distance the car had travelled (checked the car's tomtom/paperwork and handbook) and when the car was last serviced. I must say I am very surprised by some of the reviews on here - I don't for a second believe either of SA's branches contain any 'cowboys'. Only people trying to sell second-hand cars and possibly make some profit? I am no expert but perhaps one should remember that SA is a very fast-paced business, and sometimes the salesmen etc don't always know the ins-and-outs of a car's history and issues can be hidden by previous owners/spring-up. Also, I believe you should be fair in regards to what you can expect from a second-hand car. A certain amount research is required and sense as to how a car's price will reflect its performance/possible issues. Also, a little polite assertiveness helps. They aren't going to shell out cash on MOTs etc willy nilly. If the MOT is short be cheeky and ask - they are fair! (and no the MOTs are not dodgy!) Overall a positive experience. Would buy again and definitely recommend.

We went to buy a Ford Fiesta today and had the worst experience. We were finalising the paperwork and asked to see the service history. Was then told that it was in the car. Checked in the car and nothing was in there. NOTHING - no paperwork at all. The man then started to get angry and tried to fob us off with some stupid excuse that because of COVID they don’t check the car so wouldn’t have known. Absolute rubbish!!!! I just scrapped my 2003 corsa - even that had full service history and the manual. The other reviews are right - they have no sense of customer service and were rude, aggressive and telling lies. I was SO excited to collect the car - had done the deposit, insurance and finance seeing as this dealership has been with Zuto for 9 years. You think that will be a good dealership to buy a car from but no, I WOULD AVOID! Reported to trading standards too for mid-leading information.

Ali Abdallah in response to COWBOY DEALERS - AVOID!!?
We are having a similar problem with this dealer, do you have an email address as we have been trying to find one to contact them. Thanks
Travelled 30 miles to see a car advertised on-line by S A Cars as having "full service history", only to find out that it actually had none at all ! A gash in the side wall of the front n/s tyre made me doubt the validity of the MOT. The term "Good condition" obviously (in their eyes) allowed for the rusty and damaged drivers door. Another one of the many chancers out there ready to snatch your hard earned cash in return for a sub standard vehicle for which they made false claims about the service history.
