It was pretty straight forward to be fair - they could have perhaps knocked a bit of money off due to the scuffs though. The van is sound and the service was perfect.

The experience was ok. I've done about 1k miles so far and it's good I'm enjoying it. When I spoke to them I was told there was service history with the car, but when I got there I was told all the documentation was in the car and it was a very quick process. I couldn't find it when I checked so I gave them a call and they said there wasn't any service history with the car - not knowing the history of the car was a bit of a pain. There was also a couple of things missing off the car too. In all honesty I feel it would be better if there was a little bit more attention to detail. They weren't fantastic and they weren't terrible. Apart from that the car is great so I'd give them 3 stars.

The van is doing ok at the moment - it is being used as a work vehicle - no issues so far touch wood! The staff were fine, there was no pressure at all to buy which I appreciated.

The staff were really good from start to finish regards to communication and everything. I love the van I love the space it has. I'd give them 5 stars - I can't really knock them to be honest. The experience was all good.

The buying itself was great - the staff were absolutely wonderful and they gave us plenty of time to think about it,. I'm having problems with the sensors on the engine though. I took it back in and they did say they would sort it out to their credit, I'd give them 5 stars.

When I got the car it had some minor problems, I took it back to the dealership and they did fix the issues - The technician was patient and explained everything to me which was good. The sales person recommended the car to me, everything he promised me didn't happen, and they didn't clean the car properly because the previous owner left something in it and it was still there. Some aftersales was good though.

I purchased from here back in December and have been pleased with the vehicle overall. There have been a few issues with the sensors, but I feel Ford Rangers are prone to this. For the car itself, I’d rate it 4 out of 5, not many faults, and I’m really happy with it. However, I feel the customer service could be improved. When initially buying the car, everything seemed fine, but I felt Paul wasn’t providing the best customer experience. It felt like he was just focused on the sale, especially during the part exchange, where we were offered only £4,000 for our car, which later went on to be listed on a lot higher. The pushiness during the sale was a bit much and took away from the overall experience. I would rate that side of things 3 out of 5.

The purchase went smoothly, and I’m happy with my choice of both dealership and vehicle. All in all, it was a positive experience. I did need the vehicle to be transported down, and I feel that if this had been part of the service, I would rate it a full 5 out of 5. However, I can’t fault the team, they did a good job.

Everything has been running smoothly. Any issues I’ve had were nothing major, and S Cars have maintained great communication throughout. Every time I call, they pick up. There was an issue with the wheel alignment, but the guys sorted it for me right away without any drama. I'm happy with the overall experience. All the staff are nice people, and I would go back to them again.

I would recommend it. It was such a straightforward and relaxed process. Steve was really helpful. Everything was done quickly yet efficiently. I can't complain. I am pleased with both the service and my new vehicle.
