I initially went in to view a different car but saw the Mercedes on the forecourt and decided to go for this one instead. I am really happy with it. It is such a great car. I was equally pleased with the service from the team. They were very patient with no pressure to buy. You are definitely not short of choice at S Cars. There are lots of vehicles to choose from and all are well presented. It was a very smooth and easy transaction.

The initial buying service was great—really nice staff and an easy sale. However, as I was driving off with my friend following behind, he noticed that the rear wheel was wobbling slightly. So we drove back, and it turned out that the wheel hadn’t been spaced properly when it was added to the car. The team were helpful about this and sorted it right away, and everything was fine after that point. It was just the inconvenience of having to drive back to the dealership, as this should have been checked beforehand. I also emailed the owner of S Cars about the incident but have yet to receive a response. Aside from this, everything else was and still is fine—I just felt that some things could have gone more smoothly.

Found S cars on Autotrader after looking for the specific model, went down to view and was happy with it, a very simple process, no hassle or pressure just in and out. Really great staff and lots of vehicle options. I will be back again to purchase some more vehicles, full marks.

I already knew what I was looking for before I went to S Cars. We got to take the Ford Ranger for a good test drive, and since the purchase we have had no issues, so we have not had to deal with aftersales. I can only base my rating on the day of the purchase, and I would give it 5 stars.

I purchased a Mercedes X-Class and I really like it. It’s very different from what I am used to in a good way. The whole process was very straightforward and they made it very easy for me. The transaction was smooth and the Mercedes was all ready to go when I went to collect it. I couldn’t think of any reason why I wouldn’t give it five stars.
