There is not a single thing that S Cars could have improved upon for me, all in all it was a very nice experience! The chaps who I was dealing with were everything you could have hoped for - lovely, friendly, helpful! I am besotted with my S-Class, it is just what I was looking for and I haven't had a single issue with it since the purchase.

I bought a Ford Ranger from S Cars a couple of months ago, I was really happy with the purchasing process and the customer service throughout. Unfortunately there was an issue with the alternator, I got in touch with the team and they were more than happy to get this sorted for me, I couldn't have asked for more to be honest with you. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here in the future and have already recommended to a couple of friends on the market for a Ranger.

As a previous XC90 fan, we decided to have a look at Audi Q7’s. Having been to various dealers across the Northwest, we came across Paul and Andrew from S Cars. We saw a Range Rover Sport on Christmas Eve and we wanted to buy the car. Paul was absolutely fantastic from start to finish we complete the test drive and knew it was the car for us. Paul assured us the car would go through a full PDI check and the car would be valeted and any work that was identified on the PDI would be done. Bought a Jag XJ back in September. At handover the car was superb, there was a minor dash item which needed to be attended to which Andrew agreed as a condition of sale. The part was delay on back order (cos Covid etc), and although it took until March to reolved they never gave up on things and the part was sorted. The car has been faultless so far after nearly 7k miles!

Quite possibly the most effortless purchase I have ever made. Paul and his expert team went the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction. From initial contact to sale completion within the same afternoon including a fair part exchange I might add, something that ordinarily is not possible as all vehicles undergo a pre delivery inspection through their very thorough workshop, with minor issues addressed immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend S Cars, even though they are 80 miles away from Leicestershire, to feel truly valued as a customer unfortunately is all too rare a commodity these days. We shall certainly return.
