Had to get a car pronto as my ancient Peugot's gear box was on the way out and parts couldn't be found to repair it. It's just before Christmas, which isn't ideal. Paid a deposit and was told that it would be ready on 2 January with a service and fresh MOT. Couldn't be earlier because lots of MOT centres etc don't open between Xmas and New Year. Tricky as I had lots to do between now and New Year. Had a phone call from Perry, the manager, the very next day to say that he'd realised I was in a stressful place with steadily worsening gear box, so had prioritised my vehicle, taken it to a different place for its MOT and it was ready to collect. He even fetched me from home to pick it up. I couldn't be happier (except for having to buy a new car in the first place, of course...)

Found the car for a friend for an xmas gift. Did the HPI check all fine, found a transport company to collect the car before xmas. Then trying to do everything secretively so my partner would not find out or answer the phone etc, used the chat facility on the website. The Chat had no interest in helping and only wanted my name and number so someone could call me back (which in this instance may give the game away to my partner). I also requested some more photos via Parkers on line website sales - I am still waiting for these photos a week later. So, not happy with two aspects or the help received from this dealer. I have since found another car so going with that one... Never known a dealer thats not interested in getting a sale!

Had car for 6 hours I drove it, and then I broke down the transmission was faulty if it was serviced like I asked him they would have probably known and I believe delivery driver knew as he drove it down to me, I did get a refund but I would have rather had the car pile of rubbish it is. And al Perry kept saying was he didn’t know things he didn’t know half of the questions I asked him

Bought a great little Fiat. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks it overheated, but they took it in no queries, then not only fixed the fault within days (including getting hold of new parts) but also replaced the front break pads, fixed a couple of minor faults we'd noticed, and gave my daughter a quick lesson in how to use the locking petrol cap :) Fabulous service from Spencer and his team, I'd not hesitate to go back to them the next time I need a car.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing a car from S. D TIMMO. From start to finish amazing company and service, they sourced a car specifically for our needs and at a great price, when we had a minor issue with it they had it straight back and fixed immediately for no charge and didn't question it once. I would definitely purchase other vehicles from their team and highly recommend them!

Needed a car within a budget. Plenty of quality cars to look at. Once chosen all the little niggles were rectified. Perry was extremely helpful. We brought the car home and unfortunately the battery had stopped working. Perry reimbursed the cost straight away. Will definitely be coming back.

Would definitely buy from them again. We had a few after sales problems which were rectified without hesitation and all in good spirit despite the warranty almost expiring.
