ML13VSX may say it’s had a cam belt change not worth the paper it’s on also check the mot history one mot is from local place most recently to a place in liverpool Big red flag Criminals Worst experience ever ordered for the car to have fresh mot they must of got a mot certificate from dodgy place why would you take a car to liverpool for a mot? Also ask for a new cam belt this didn’t happen although they said they had changed it they did provide receipt but the cam belt didn’t look new….also engine light came on after few hours of driving…. They told me to bring it in cause it needed a service anyways (why didn’t they service the car ? Before collecting (I was in my 14 day returning period) I ask for receipt for the service apperently I didn’t need one…. When I return the car they said I’ll be charged per mile I did 400 miles I was lucky enough to get my full refund but it took forever to get it back please avoid theses proper dodgy Also didn’t provide diagnostic why the engine light was on Review left me no choice but to give one star ⭐️ they would have gotten more stars if they had done the job properly

Absolutely dreadful. Car still in warranty and after being told they’d fix it after 10 days went to collect and took it to our own garage where we’ve been told it’s been totally BODGED AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE . Now going down legal route and having to hire a car until all sorted . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM

WARNING - WARNING - WARNING- We had a car from them 2 months ago 1.5 Renault Megan , very happy to begin with , i took it to the my regular garage that i have been using for about 15-20 years for a full service, had a call from them within half an hour to come down to see what they had found, the stil on the driver side was rusted completely through and will need completely replacing , there is no way that should have passed the MOT they gave with the car only 2 months earlier, as well as a few other things that were a bit suspicious , some play in the steering arms, the brake pads had been changed but not the disks. i have looked in to reporting them, but the system doesn't make it easy and we need the for work , BE VERY WARY BUYING A CAR FROM THESES GUYS , GIVING A BAD NAME TO SOME OF THE FOREIGNERS TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING IN THIS COUNTRY,

Purchased a Fiat Punto a couple of years back for just less than a £1000 as a second little run around. Car was a disaster from day 1. numerous faults, car came with an MOT. Well I would have to question the legality of the document. As soon as purchased noticed that the one of the rear seatbelts had soil and dirt on it when pulled out fully. Thought nothing of it and assumed previous owner had been to and fro to the dump with garden rubbish etc. I later discovered the source of the mud on the seatbelt and rusted seat belt mechanism, There was a huge hole under the car. you could actually see daylight from the boot but only when the side plastic trim was removed, Road water and mud was obviously splashing up into the boot of the car hence the damp musty smell. They did perform a weld to fix the hole to be fair under the warranty. The gearbox then started to fail just after the warranty period ended as did the electric power steering column. Both would have cost hundreds to fix. The car went for scrap in the end.
Great experience just got 2nd car from here and as always very friendly customer service and all problems sorted hassle free highly reccomend

Yes bought a jag had problems, had 6 weeks warranty, would not answer the phone , but too happy to take your money, my jag had to go lost £1000 pounds because of this lot .
