Bought a car off me. Then got parking fines before changing the car over to their ownership. Tried to call customer service who told me to ‘shove their help up my arse’. Lovely people

I bought a merc from S H Car Sales that shouldn't have gone through the mot, had to wait an extra 4 days for the car and then it have a break fault and took me off the road into a field stay away.

I would just like to let people know that this dealership have now changed their name to My Next Car Ltd. I had previously purchased a car from here and I do not recommend them.

My son bought a vehicle for £12,400 from these in March 2015. It showed mechanical failure soon after leaving the forecourt. We returned the vehicle and were promised a refund. A year later we finally got a Judgement against them, which they fought and lost. After losing the case, they telephoned our solicitors to settle. So, we finally got justice in the sum of £15,000, which included court costs and some interest. We reported them for fraud to the bank and also to Bedford Trading Standards. Don't give up, take out a civil case against them, get a Judgement and get your money back! You'll have to initially pay court costs which can be costly, but you will get it all back, plus interest. They don't want to get a Judgement against them, so they'll pay!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I was assured the car was genuine and all ok with no issues. After leaving a deposit I later found out it was a write off. Took several months to get deposit back from S H Car Sales despite trading standards saying the advert was illegal.

I recently put a deposit down for a £34000 car. I was meant to be collecting it in 2 weeks, travelling from Scotland to Bedford. I gave S H Car Sales a call to remind them I was going to collect the car tomorrow and to please make sure it was ready. I was then told "that the car had been sold so do you want your deposit back or not". I was so angry and confused. I suggested they get the car back but there was not much chance in that. There voice changed straight away being rude and abusive on the phone. I could have made the 700 mile round trip and been well out of pocket. Luckily after endless phone calls I received my deposit back after a week. Its exciting getting a new car but please do not get caught out like I did.

Be careful with S H Car Sales. They advertised a nice Mercedes G500. After several telephone calls and emails (I'm from the Netherlands) we agreed on price. I than had a mechanic check the car. It was OK. When I wanted to complete the deal, I got informed that they made a mistake with the price and raised it by 30%. I declined on the deal. They said they will give the GBP 500 deposit back. Well, after many phone calls and e-mails I'm still left with no money back. This has now taken 4 months. I'll write a update e-mail every few weeks to update on how the process is going.

How anybody buys a car from this SH car sales is beyond me. I had my car 2 weeks when the head gasket went and who do think wants to know at SH Car Sales NO ONE is the answer. So has anyone any success taking this company to court? SH Car Sales are above the law because no one knows who runs it. They sell worthless warranties.
