I tried to book an service with them but unfortunately I can't pay them to do nothing: oil don't need to be changed, filters are fine because you don't drive to much.... So at the end they want to change me around £240 doing absolutely nothing. After some calls they give a better deal: doing nothing will cost you only £164 just to stamp my services book

After a service I was offered a trade in package that was way above what I would have expected. Purchased a brand new Captur and both James and Sam could not have been more helpful. No pushiness and all my questions were answered clearly. Complete transaction including transfer of personalised number plate was completed in 7 days and as far as I am concerned, everything went perfectly. Thanks to this friendly family firm.

I needed to cancel a new car order due to a serious family crisis. James and Catherine were very understanding and have now refunded my deposit I really didn’t expect this. Very overpriced used cars I was very disappointed with the service as I was promised the car would have the alloys repaired and this wasn't done. Car was also very badly cleaned when I collected. Avoid this dealership.
Just bought a car from sj cook and sons the sales team were great didn't feel under pressure to buy a car and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to buy a car from them overall a very good experience.

We were invited to go in for a VIP deal event and were stunned to find that we were offered a fantastic deal on a high specification new car and it was too good to turn down. We are very happy with our new car and the service we received from SJ Cook & Sons.
Paid deposit on car 3weeks ago, still waiting for car excuse after excuse promise to ring never happens. Hopefully get deposit back tomorrow
