He put all the little things right that we pointed out and presented the car in an excellent condition considering the age of the car. When we got it home we found some minor faults which we ourselves put right and again Shaun sent a cheque for the small cost. We could not fault this man. We recently purchased a mint Nissan Qashqai from this company, but in all honesty, the experience began when I first contacted Shaun. He is so polite and courteous on the phone, and he made it extremely easy to deal with him. We drove all the way from London and we were not disappointed. Recently bought a Ford Galaxy from S Wakefield Cars. Good price and customer service. Really appreciated the car being MOTed and delivered down to Bristol upon purchase. Unfortunately the clutch failed within the first week of having the car (just unlucky and nothing to do with dealer). We contacted Shaun straight away who instantly agreed for car to go into a local Bristol garage to be sorted out. We were very reassured that he agreed to payment and transferred a refund for the new clutch within 24 hours of sending him the receipt. We would definitely recommend S Wakefield Cars to others and would have no hesitation from buying again from Shaun.

Delighted with my Citroen grand Picasso bought from Wakefield cars last month. We drove up from Bristol having already agreed a price on the phone and it was all ready to go, Sean helped me to sort out tax on his pc and I set up insurance on the phone. Have since had an issue with the blowers not working and they advised to book into a local garage to our convenience and, on receipt of the invoice, a cheque was in the post immediately as per the 3 month warranty. Delighted!
