If you live in the Derby / Nottingham area and you are on the motability and considering a Nissan DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP . I arrived only to find there were no disabled spaces for parking , their fleet vehicles are far more important . After being dropped off near the showroom my husband joined me for our 3 pm appointment made online via the website and confirmed by telephone . There was clearly no motability specialist and the manager told me that if I wanted to see the car and take it out for a test drive I would have to wait around 90 minutes until someone was available despite my 3 pm appointment !!!!! I was also told that weekends are busy with customers and to come back in the week. There was no apology and not even offered a seat . Needless to say I didn't bother waiting !!!! Avoid this dealership at all costs !!!!!

I've bought a car from this dealership but as I've had to go back to get work done I get told that this can't be done and that I now need 4 new tyres, tracking and balancing can't be done because the machine installed at the time of building the dealership has never worked since it was installed. It just seems like it's get your money and then forget about you. Won't answer complaint e-mails or call you when they say they will. Never again. Wish I could turn the clock back.

Had two very bad experience with this Sandicliffe Nottingham Branch from when I wanted to buy a car and today I had booked a service, got there and you are told things they never told you when I booked the service. Staff are so unhelpful and judge people. I would never recommend Nottingham branch to anyone. Stay away from here, nicely decorated but staff are not bothered about customers. Stay completely far from there if you are expecting good service.
