Don't respond left me no choice other people should know what to expect. Civic Tourer RJ64MZW, Due to the mileage in the advert on auto trader stating a different recording of milage, false advertising saying its on 176k now it's over 180k right... I did not feel comfortable too proceed with buying the car. By law placing a deposit on a vehicle at a distance leaves me entitled to cancel my order within 14 days and receive a full refund of my deposit regardless of reason. These guys are happy to take your deposit but not happy to refund you if your circumstances change. Never heard of non refundable deposits, It makes you wonder what sort of people they are when they cant give deposits back not professional at all. - £200 down you could rip off 10x people in a single day. Thank you.

Great service, no pushy salespeople, go all out to help. Had a minor fault with the car I purchased weeks later, they collected it, sorted it, and brought it back. No charge. Couldn’t ask for better service. 10/10
Had a few cars off Russell over the years and never had a problem,everyone was polite and helpful at all times.cars always clean inside and out and run perfect would definitely go back again..thanks for everything.

went to Sandy gate saw the car I wanted, they told me needed new bearing which was in the boot ready to be fitted. I took the car had to ring them on the Monday to arrange for jt to be done, took car to garage on the wednesday morning job done by dinner time and car has been fine. didn't hide anything Paul was upfront and honest will def use them again .
To anybody wanting to buy a car do not go to sandy gate , Burnley , they are cowboys they sold me a car that was clearly not up too satisfactory putting mine and my son's life in danger , breaks didn't work they had cable tied stuff together , the full front bumper and lights was cable tied on , the radiator and thermostat was broken , they had claimed to have fixed a new exhaust which they hadn't , IV ended up stranded in Blackpool for the second time as they hadn't fixed the problems just patched things up , this has been heartbreaking with me relying on the car with me having cancer and treatments to attend , they was disgusting to me , they have been reported to trade standards and I don't want this to happen to anyone else !!!! They are endangering people's life's !!! Oh and my breaks failing on the motorway having to use my handbrake !!
They sold me a completely rusty car to the point is not reparable. Don't trust this garage. They buy cars from car auctions for pennies and they're selling them five times more. Avoid like plague

Absolutely outstanding customer service by Sandygate Cars. My daughter had previously been the victim of dodgy car sales and was reluctant to try another garage. We read the reviews and decided to try. Russell and the team were brilliant, we had some hiccups but they got the car right and safe to drive. Cannot recommend them enough.
I bought a car 6 months ago from Sandygate Cars, I've spend as much sorting it out than I paid . Shouldn't be allowed to sell cars so bad . will not be using them again
