I recently purchased a Range Rover Vouge 3.6 td v8. I couldn't fault the company or the guy I delt with Daniel. Having been treated rather badly by a couple of local dealers you can image 170miles is a long way to go to get stung, However the car was exactly as advertised and Daniel was more than happy to send extra pictures that I requested. All my questions were answered as soon as possible and I never once got the impression that I was being annoying or inconvient. Unlike other dealers I wasn't charged a holding deposit and the dealer was happy to keep the car until I got downto have a look. During the test drive the car did develop a fault, but this was sorted out at great expense to the company. There was absolutely no pressure and no hard sell and I was able to look over the car in my own time. The car was also given a full service including oil change and break fluid. Over all the service was Friendly and professional and deffinately not your average garage that can judge a person on how the may look or be dressed. I highly reommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car hassle free.

Very impressed with Sarah Cox Cars and the relaxed and unpressurised way of doing things. I was able to take the car for a test drive on my own and Daniel, who dealt with me, was totally straight forward and very pleasant. I was able to look through all the previous owner's documentation at my leisure. We discussed part exchange values and the whole deal without any of the time-wasting haggling and to- and fro-ing you sometimes get at franchised dealers; everything was upfront and open. There was a dashboard rattle on the test drive but time and effort was spent in resolving this at a local Volvo dealer. Sarah Cox are an RAC Approved Used Dealer and were able to offer a very good-value RAC Warranty, easily comparable in extent to some of the higher-priced warranties on the open commercial market. The whole process was very smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Found this dealer through Auto Trader advert. As I live over 320 miles away I communicated via email for much of the deal before even seeing the car. Fantastic service late into the evening to answer all my questions. This helped me feel valued and enabled me to feel confident dealing with them. They offered me a decent price for my car without even seeing it and basically, the deal was done by email and a few phone calls. Had the new car for a day and it developed a fault (an expensive one). Unfortunately the warranty given with the new car didn't cover the fault, but, thanks to the professionalism and decency of the guys at Sarah Cox Cars, they agreed to pay the bill in full. Top marks. Fantastic service in today's market.

Very friendly and helpful. Treated me like a valued customer even though I was buying one of their cheapest cars. Would most certainly recommend them, they were worth the 3 hour round trip!
